I don't get it I would get the red rings all the time but I just turn it off and turn it back on and it works fine - I've had the air cooling attachment as long as I've had the 360 - is that why it didn't break down?

Dude, its a matter of choice, not wealth. And the playstations arent gaming consoles anymore...they are just entertainment boxes. GOW 2 will do better than resistance 2 and when 2008 ends and the ps3 is back where it was in 2007, you will understand. Finally.

So Home, In game XMB, MGS4, RFOM 2, death of HDDVD, and other exclusives that haven't been mentioned yet aren't going to be enough to trump 360 and GOW2? I like all consoles but it ticks me off when peoples opinions get clouded one way instead of looking at the reality. If you can remember they said the same thing about PS2 and Dreamcast. Dreamcast had online, was cheaper, and had better games. We all know how that turned out.

sry, but ps3 is the best flawless piece of gaming equipment to date, never had a problem with it, as for the 360, it slows down alot, almost always takes forever to sign on, the controller continously disconnects even with fresh batteries in it, i had my own rings of doom before, i got a new console from the company but even then, IM STILL HAVING THESE ISSUES!! except the signing in one, thats gone with the new console, so YEA PS3 is the shit

psst, guess what they have an attachment so that the controller becomes rechargable, it works great. Microsoft, I agree, is greedy for money and their console has problems. But look at their games!!! The games are very fun and they have replay value which most games on the ps3 lack. PS3 is only good for music, videos and skype, thats it.
