Chara went for a punch towards the end of the fight and missed causing him to lose his balance which allowed Artyukhin to get on top and win that fight. If we are gonna talk about things that don't actually have anything to do with winning the fight or not lets talk about the bitch who hit him long after the whistle was blown which is what started this.

SENS fan that's seen this happen before and is wondering why Chara would risk breaking his hand AGAIN right before the playoffs. I like his eagerness but there's no reason for him to fight there. Lucic can hold his own, but nothing would have come from that scrum if Z didn't get in there.

The fights are always stopped right after one of the guys falls down, to avoid some major injury.. for the guy fallen. Fallen= pretty much lost in real life. Sorry to suggest a Russian player lost a fight, but you can rationalize it any way you want. You are wrong.
Say you get your face punched in and the other guy slips on your blood. Did you win the fight even though you never landed a shot? No.
I'm not saying this is a totally one-sided fight. In truth it's a pretty bad one overall. But if someone has to be deemed the winner I like the guy that landed a couple shots over the guy that didn't even throw any. Maybe that's just me, though.

Russians generally come to play for big cash overseas and not to fight in ice hockey shows, for that purpose they can always stay in Russia, it's easier to get paid at home for doing stuff like that. Artyukhin is in NO WAY a "tough guy" in the American sense of the term. You can easily realize that in most (or even all) of the fights he was engaged in so far he was defending himself rather than attacking.
