  • Great job on the video. Thanks for sharing with us. Really enjoyed hearing the kids reaching out and got a kick out of seeing someone I knew. Would like to see the beginning revamped. I felt like I walked into the middle of a conversation. The ending really pulled everything together though.

  • Great Video guys! I'm glad it's getting more attention now. I think it's a great way for parents and other students to become informed about the program. I love how it shows that the students really are interested and that they are having their own thoughts and not just repeating what someone else has told them is the right answer.

  • Thanks to Momo4d; this is what we're trying to do; move away from the rigidity of some schools and give students more opportunities to engage in critical thinking and be creative.

  • Wow! And to think these are the youth of America!!!!! I am proud to have children who are interested in this and I hope to have 2 more join the ranks in 4 years. If only the 30 and 40 somethings of today had a program like this when we were kids.We were told," Shut up ! What do you know? Youre just a kid." Well obviously kids know a hell of a lot more than we give them credit for!! Stay strong !!!! Keep it going on!!!!!

  • Great video. Active and informed citizenship is the foundation of democracy and seeing these young people further themselves is very heartening indeed.

  • What impressive teenagers! I wish I were one. I'd sign up right away. Too bad I'm old.

  • This is clearly a neat organization. I'm impressed with how this video shows Civitas as being 'real;' it's not a PR ploy.

  • This is great, it's nice to see there are still some places for the "smart kids" to hang out and have a good time.
