Just about no recoil, overpowered damage about 1 or 2 shots to kill someone? Really all you have to do is learn the controls to use this gun... My 8 year old sister could use this gun not like this but could get kills.

it's not hard actually, it's just as enjoyable in my opinion. i use to be a long time dedicated fan of first person shooters for the PC, but once i started playing halo and other titles, i adapted to the controller and almost like it more than using the PC's mouse and keyboard. it just takes practice and you have to be willing to like the controller.
