There are hard bosses, which are hard because they exist outside of the rules that you thought you've mastered, and then there're hard bosses, who're hard just simply for the same of being unnecessarily hard. 10 minutes of "fun" sandwiched in between 2 layers of shit called "weeks of prepping "and "a 10+ hour endurance run" does not make a good fucking game, you fucking bastards.

You know you can run from the battle and restock on items and save your game and come back and start off from where you left? I've got 3 HP bars down so far. I'm using Zodiac Spear, Masumane, and Ragnarok. Highest level is 89.

One of the hardest bosses in the history of gaming. Demi-Fiend in SMT - Digital Devil Saga is still harder than Yiazmat or Omega Mark XIII though.

The people complaining about the length are probably the same people that want every game to play 10 hours and done. Don't blame SquareEnix for putting more content in a single game than most do in an entire series.

FF7 is only "over-hyped" because of how many people loved it when it was released, who have contenued to love it, and have unsuccsesfuly been able to show why it was and is so enjoyable. I think most of the true FF lovers (and this goes for any game) love that game no matter what others say, because of the nastalgia they get from playing the game

@answer131313 Crisis Core bases it off Zack who was a random apperence in ff7 because they felt that because he didnt get much to do in the story except pop up once or twice they felt that you should get to use him more also Cloud,Tifa and Yuffie are in crisis core as secondary characters but they still have a big meaning. So anyway when did this turn into an argument? crisis core is not x-2 its out of the FF series but still has something to do with it

@rdraken actually Yazmat has 50,000,000 Hp. If done manually that fight can take over 6 hours, but if you use correctly the gambit system you can beat him in 1 hour. Just set your gambits and go out for a walk. when you return, poof! You won :)

Each of those represents ANOTHER FULL BAR. At full health, Yiazmat has FIFTY. MILLION. HP. This boss battle is far longer than a measly 3 Hours.

Add a little more profanity to your next reply, though: Yiazmat is also known for his normal attacks' ability to instantly kill (not as in dealing 9999, but as in actual instant death). Pair that with the fact that he attacks nearly nonstop when in that last million HP, and... you could very easily wind up having to do it all over, like in the video.
