Dad Taught Us

My parents got divorced when I was young and my father was barely in the picture after that. My wife and I are expecting a son in June. I hope that above all else that I am this type of father for my son, and a good husband for my wife.

Both of my parents don't believe in god no matter how Hard I try to convert them they say " don't waste your breath " just the thought of my parent burning in he'll for all eternity is horrible...but I think that one day that gods glory will be so powerful that they will pour there hearts out to him for mercy and forgiveness and will have peace for all eternity.

You're in my prayers. Have faith my friend~ And don't try to convert them all at once, do small things, little by little. Maybe place a bible verse on their dresser for the day, or an image, and do that for a while and start to pray at dinner.

I wish I had a dad like that. It makes me pretty sad sometimes. But, then I remember that although I don't have an earthly father, I have a spiritual father that will never leave me.
