Orthodox Church has clean hands. Never was in Crusades. Byzantine empire was ravaged by Catholic crusaders. Never had inquisition, never burned people. Never called people to war.
And speaking of Jews, I encourage you to read Talmud, and see for yourself what it has to say about Christians, about people of other nations (GOY). It is more racist than Mein Kempf.
Then ask yourselves who stands behind flourishing of Atheism. Founding fathers of Communism are Jews. Whose interest is atheism?

Dobro kad ne znas Srpski rec cu ti kaj bi razumija na Kroatskom, vidis takorekoc nisam ja nijekao tko je poceo ili izmislija lov na vjestice i slicno, ali taj Kiril je ubio jednu osobu ne stotine tisuca kao inkvizicija i otud "Sto gledas trnu oku brata svojega , a u svojem oku grede ne vidis " ako je i bilo takvih stvari u pravoslavlju to su uistinu sitnice i ispadi , ali u Katolickoj Crkvi to je bio kamen temeljac,osnova ,modus vivendi.

It is not comparable to speaking English if you are born in Britain. Languages are a cultural thing. But they are not the superstitions of their ancestors. Superstitions are part of our languages too: The word echo comes from the Greek Goddess Echo. That is human history and should not be destroyed, but it should be understood that its not really real. It is like believing in Greek Mythology just because you are born in Greece.

Also like I said before, religion is also a cultural thing, so religious practices, rituals like this song, symbols etc... are all part of a culture. The fact that in some parts of the world people are Muslim in others Christian or Jewish, doesn't mean it's not real. It only means it's being practiced differently at different places.

1/3 Greek Mythology, Islam, Hinduism, Christianity (in all its forms) are are more or less said to be revelations of supernatural beings about the truth of the universe. And they all contradict: If one is entirely true, the others cannot be.
People generally stick to their societies religion.
If a person grows up without religious influence, they will find no reason to think any of these are "the Truth". Different from "you "believe" that it's not real".

thats not entirely true. It depends whether you look at similarities or differences. For one the major religions, Islam, Christianity and Judaism are all called Abrahamic religions, cause they are in fact very similar. So the claim they all contradict each other is a matter of opinion. BUT you can say what you want, you cannot deny the fact that religions are a part of being human. Always has been.

Either jesus is a fake (jews), or the savior (christians), or just a prophet like moses. Cannot be all three: they are in conflict, not a matter of opinion.
The similarities are irrelevant: they are cults that spun out of the previous religion, and ended a religion of their own. There have been countless self acclaimed prophets. Some start religions.
Religion, racism, superstition, homosexuality, music, nationality, etc, are all part of humanity. So?

It shows that religion is something we humans do! It's not "unnatural" nor something to be forcedly prevented. It's us, we do it. Look at the biggest and the best preserved buildings from the ancient times. They don't find homes or farms, as they find temples. Enormous marvelous structures made, cutting edge of human engineering build for worshiping higher beings This should be enough to show how important religion has been and is to people. Religions may not have been in the same form, they are culturally specific, yet they do remain through time with us humans.

From creation stories to destruction, beginning of life and death. Religions are a part of our cultures and for this reason alone I think its ok to practice religion of our predecessors. However personally I draw the line where it becomes harmful to ourselves or our fellow humans. Things like wars or oppression because of religion is just as wrong as abstaining people from religion as did the communist.

I don't know about the "Spear of Destiny". I dont think he was much of a "poznavalac" of anything. He was an ideologue, a disturbed person from childhood, a nationalist, some sort of christian with much catholic support (Benito), and full of hatred towards many groups, like our people, and especially Jews.
Relating Nazis to atheists is like relating them to communists. Which is something that people who hate both groups like to do.
Anyways, lets not go too much more into Hitler.

Theres NO side with clean hands. IF there was, it wouldn't mean their beliefs are truths.
A body count between islam/Catholics/Pravoslav can't settle who's religion is true.
If ANY religion is true, its people would be smiled upon by the God/s, and they would live fuller happier less violent lives, and would greatly differ from others. We don't see that at all.
If no religion is true, then neither reality nor gods would smile upon atheists OR theists, and things would look how they now appear

Dont be naive and superstitious. Shit happens because shit happens. 2004 Tsunami or the Yugo war was not "God testing us". One was a natural event that just so happened to harm MANY people, and the war was a display of the worst side of human nature. Both claimed very roughly around 200k human lives.
"god is testing us" is a way to give comfort and bravery to kids. You choose to believe it for the same reasons. sad
