I always wonder with those earpiece in their ear, what do they hear from it? their voice or the music?

@lilspringgirl Both. They are hearing what we hear from broadcast. It helps them to control their voice. Since usually the fans screams really loud or the music is too loud that they can't hear their own voice.

But usually senior singers don't really use or need them because they got used to it. ^^
