OMG...IF THE INTERIOR LOOKS DATED, THEN TRY A DIFFERENT COLOR SELECTION!!! >:( They have all kind of really nice interiors, like "Coral/Alum", "Oyster/Wood", "Black/Alum". If you are going to buy a cheap, uninspired interior, it will look bad!

I dunno, I think the new dash is MUCH better than the E46. That giant freaking passenger airbag cover ruined all of the curves and was unsightly.  I like how smooth and minimal this new dash is now, though I wish it was curvy like the E46.

better than the e46, but in this specification it does look dull. opt for the interior with black leather, aluminum dash, and satnav and you have a nice looking interior.

I will have to agree though. This interior looked AMAZING few years back but now it needs to be updated because the Audi A4 puts it to shame. However, I still love this car for its amazing performance.

P.S. I'd consider this better then the M3 if it had an LSD.

why'd you get the 4wd model? pointless as far as i'm concerned, it's only available in the american market, it adds 300 lbs of weight, ruins the handling and fun of the car.

who cares about the weight its not like your gonna race with it. and the 4wd is alot better for winter in canada or else your car is going to go crazy with the rear wheel drive. and the handling is the same just better traction with 4wd

it does not handle identically, it understeers a lot with the 4wd system. and the 4wd system on the 3 series is just an afterthought for the north american market. it is not available in europe, and don't tell me they don't have bad winters in europe.

turn the traction control on, and you're fine.

Ok if youre in europe than im totally the same side as you cuz winters aren't really "big" , the "xi" would be completely useless but if youre in canada your screwed with no 4wd

idk man, i know canada is a cold place and all, but unless you're really far north, i struggle to see how places like sweden and norway can live with a normal 3 series, but you're saying ontario can't.

i live in new jersey, not as cold as canada, but the winters can be pretty brutal. like i said, put the tcs on, you're fine.

the problem is that its rear wheel drive. the back end of the car goes crazy for us over here... its eather front wheel drive or 4wd... im from montreal and we need it alot!

and honestly, why put up with an understeering pig for the 10 days or so in the year that it actually snows?

But in montreal, my city, in winter were not aloud to have all season tires in winter... and believe me it snows a lot more than 10 times per winter!
