  • How much did it all cost you in the end?

  • Hey Drew, awesome bobber build you got. Do you have any experiences of VNs with other custom pipes? I'm looking to get a set of Raask ones, was wondering whether the outcome is something as amazing as your's.

  • Do you recommend a kawasaki chopper over a harley ?

  • hahah that's a great laugh at the end

  • hey wat size apes are those?

  • the apes look they are either 12 or 14 inch.

  • damn, awesome sound. what pipes are those?

  • Thanks man..they're eagle slash pipes....they came with the bike but they don;t make them anymore. more post to come, thanks

  • nice bike..good job!

  • great freakin job! beats the shit outa 30K bling bikes!

  • This bike looks great and has an amazing sound..... I have one that I'm customizing, What kind of Pipes is on this bike mine has drag pipes and sounds good but not this deep....

  • Sounds fine. Nice deep tone on those pipes.

  • not bad.

  • has an awesome sound

  • Who cares about choppers? Bobbers are where it's at. Awesome job!

  • sorry for my ignorance, i know nothing about bikes, what is the difference between choppers and bobbers?

  • I guess in my opinion a bobber is shorter than a chopper. A chopper is something like OCC makes, whereas a bobber is just something some guy does in his garage. There's really no right or wrong definition, but bobbers are just more minimalist and I think they are normally shorter.

  • yea, there's a definition. bobbers are bikes with a minimalist, typically "old school" look, a stock frame, and a bobbed rear fender. a chopper is made from a chopped production fender. basically, if you mod the frame in any way, it's not a bobber, it's a chopper.

  • no man.

he took off the front fender too

    gosh.

  • Bobbers are great because of their simplicity...

So what if you only need to do a few things to make something nice....

  • Excellent. Nice work.

  • very nice bobber, inspirational

  • what kind of bars are those? thanks!

  • those bars are exctly what i'm looking for on my vulcan 800, what are they? Thanks!!

  • i love you 1995 vulcan

  • Fantastic. I think The S.E.G. on the guys face says it all. I wanna build a bobber!

  • this is what im looking into making, if you dont mind, can you write something up that says what all you had to go through? like how much you payed, what work you had to do plz

  • nice bike... keep up the good work.

  • Nicely done! The Vulcan 800 has lots of "mod" potential. At a local bike show here a couple of years ago, there was what looked to be a Drifter 800. The owner removed the "Indian-esque" fenders, bead-blasted the rocker covers and cases, and then painted the tins satin black.

    Very cool!

  • Awesome bike man..i would just put a larger front tyre...with a white stripe!!!Just an idea...

Love the rear fender..nice and simple!Good luck on it!

    Cheers
