I admire the fact you are giving us your workout routine and such but may I ask you something? Have you always had Abs like were you naturally lean and skinny and always had them or were you like skinny fat and they developed after training. the reason I'm asking is because Naturally lean people since they already have abs dont need to do much intense cardio but skinny fat people like me have to do HIIT for noticeable results in fat loss I've found from personal experience
@wwwpeterfevercom Skinny fat is when you are basically skinny but you don't have naturally lean abs in your midsection. So your stomach might me flat and you would have nasty love handles and no definition of abdominals
skinny-fat people should focus on lifting, eating at maintenance and avoid cardio for a couple of months at least... building muscles is more important for them than burning fat
If I'm trying to build mass can I also do cardio so I don't gain fat along with my heavy eating? Is it the calories I need or the protein that will increase my muscle mass?
Hey Peter, this is a great workout, but how do you work your abs and triceps with these? I really doubt that someone can get abs like yours with just these exercises!
oh, nvm. just watched the end of thevideo :) Thanks for the info, shoulder press, deadlift, and lat pulldown are my fav exercises! What is you fav exercise?
hey peter thx for advice =] i started workin out again the beginnin of this year. yea i work out like everyday and the results are slow lol. but wat if i reallly want to be like SUPER ripped. can i do like routine of upper body and lower body 2 days a week but like 12 sets of 20 reps of pushups and pullups everyday? thx
but i think that there`s a difference between asian muscles and western muscles, or maybe the body in general. most asians i know have really low bodyfat without doing anything. maybe it`s easier for you asian guys to get that defined and clear muscle look :D i dunno...
anyhow, i think u looking great man! keep up the good work, hehe. cheers

Hey, the workout information is pretty helpful. It's good to know that "simple" works for you--such as walking rather than running, etc. I wonder if your simple approach works for most people (or is it just you)...but it does give me encouragement that SOMETHING is doable. Plus, I must say, you come across as SOOOO sweet. Beautiful and sweet. :)
Great INFO, I've been working out over 30 years in my 50's and most think I'm in my 30's with my body fitness and have to say your info is right on target for a healthy and fit body!
I just realized I posted my comment under the wrong video. I wanted to know how many sets and reps do you do for each exercise? I seem to do too much and exhaust myself which makes me extremely tired.
When I started working out in February I was at 5'8" 135lbs. I got some good results despite not having a routine, now I am at 156.9lbs, trying to hit 175-180lbs Max with a steady routine. On the first week I started using your routine I noticed an overall boost in stamina, strength, and I lost some body fat. But you haven't added your biceps/triceps/abs routines. And please, we'd like you to comment here more often. It seems you have abandoned your channel. Thank you. =)
So do you repeat the same routine for upper/lower on tuesdays and fridays. What about biceps, triceps and abs? What do you think of high intensity cardio workouts? How often do you switch up your routines, different exercises, etc?
What about biceps, triceps and abs? I don't have an hour to burn on the treadmill, what do you think of high intensity workouts. How often do you switch up your workouts? different exercises etc,. What about supplements, creatine or whey protein?
