Doroude faravan bar shah, he was a real servant for his people. People who r now scattered around the world, living in nostalgia. But Being a king demands a great sense of dareness, braveness and frankly one has to have the gutts to be in such position. Had the Shah had it, he should have bloody destroyed and vanished and killed all the mullahs including Khomeiny. His father would definitely do that. pumba86 and ggaligg; i dont know if you both are iranian but shah was not dictator, he loved his country, who fought with foriegn enemies who wanted to steal our nation's Oil, and other natural resources. I suggest you read some books about his life and talk to iranian who lived very close to him to find out what kind great man shah was. before making such comment in public domain.

Mahdavi1990: I have been in Iran in time of revolution and i think the people of Iran where fools and the mullahs promissed them everything, Khomeini and other mullahs just lie to people and i remember everything they say to people, they couldn't fool me but many people though they all going to be very reach with oil money, and now every buddy pays for there mistake, i tried to inform them but stupidity was too great, you can see some video which show the lies of Khomeini here in youtube.

555zep :from me say thank you to your fammily which told you the truth, i alway say if you want to now about Iran must ask old people, i talked to some farmer in Iran myself they told me in there time KHAN's had power and they could do what ever they wish to ordinary people, even first night with there wife's was with Khans, if Khan's wish that.
This was before Reza Shah came to power, then Reza shah and his son change everything and people became free man.
Iran is in debt to Pahlavi's.
