  • youtuberepeat is SOOOOOOOOOOO helpful when you're listening to Bespinben Arrangements.

  • OMFG! I would die for this tune ... thats so awesome ♥

  • I could listen to this for hours. :3

  • dispen your helping me write.

  • @CamJar99 Huuuh??? No comprendo.

  • @Bespinben books, i write alot and pmd music keeps me going! thank you for the music

  • @CamJar99 Ah that's what you meant! Well, glad to help ya :)

I have a special surprise upload coming up in the near future, and it doesn't involve sheet music or piano :3 I'm dying to give you s hint, but I can't think of something that wouldn't be an obvious giveaway........ are you familiar with multitracking?

  • @Bespinben i think so! mulitple tracks playing at the same time to create a tune or melody. if you choose the write tracks and instruments for each tracks (e.g piano sky tower while mt.Blaze holds the xylaphone) i bet it's hard to do.

  • goosebumps!!!!!

  • So soothing! Helps me so much with my fanfictions!

  • @SogequeenYukiChan Thank you! I'm a big fan of PMD fanfics (especially PMD1 ones), and it makes me happy to know that this helps you :)

  • Damn, does this bring back memories. The worst one being trapped in a passage with a Salamence in front of me, a Metagross behind my partner, a Dusclops above me and a Shedinja below me. I lost 8 freaking Reviver Seeds!

I'm busy learning the solo version of this song and as soon as I master it I'm uploading it. Hopefully within a month or two...

  • @CaDeYbOi I only know of one solo sheet of this song and it's not very good in my opinion. Are you possibly using the one from Ninsheetmusic?

  • @Bespinben Yep, I'm using that one. I thought the same thing about it, but I watched this video, took a pen and altered it to make it sound better. Our piano is nearly fifty years old and sounds better than most grand pianos, therefore that solo actually sounds decent once you get the rhythm correct.

By the way, which song are you busy with at the moment?

  • @CaDeYbOi "By the way, which song are you busy with at the moment?"

Busy as in working on? Erm, I tend to work sporadically on various things on my to-do list in no particular order, but I can say that of late I have been working diligently on solo piano arrangements of Temporal Spire and Primal Dialga, as well as tediously re-writing all my older arrangements made in Sibelius into Finale so I can export an .mus, thereby allowing me to submit the sheet to Ninsheetmusic.

  • @CaDeYbOi (cont.) However, if by "busy with" you meant trying to actually learn to play, I can say that I have been trying to learn my own arrangement of Temporal Tower. It's quite enjoyable, as the last time I actually learned one of my own arrangements was when I made a sheet of "N's Farewell" (can be found on Ninsheetmusic :3)

  • YOU! @Bespinben i will try to do a cover of guitar with this XD i'm not sure about it, i love the freakin game XD and the songs in it XD its my favorite one! thanks dude! for making the arrangement! :)

  • @49Fisherman That's awesome! Will it be a multi-track cover?

  • ...Is it too much to ask for an mp3 of this song...?

  • @CrimsonDragon298 Not at all! However, you could just use a Youtube to mp3 converter.

  • @Bespinben Thanks!

  • From 3:20 to 3:22- The partners realize that it is their duty to save everyone, so with new hope, they ascend.

From 3:22 to 3:47- The partners have finally reached the top, and now realized their deaths will come soon.

From 3:47 to 4:04- The partners, with a solemn look, nod their heads and proceed to Rayquaza.

From 4:04 to 4:27- The partners slowly walk towards their doom, with determination and bitterness.

  • From 0:00 to 0:29- The two partners hesitantly climb up the tower.

From 0:30 to 1:08- The partners now climb with full courage and determination.

From 1:08- to 1:32- The partners are bursting with confidence, defeating all who opposed them.

From 1:32 to 2:08- The partners stop and gaze at the beauty of the Sky Tower.

From 2:08 to 2:43- The partners realize that time is running out, and desperately try to reach the top.

From 2:43 to 3:20- The partners, wounded, sadly ponder their demise.

  • Hardest song I have and will ever play!

  • I played this at school, in Finland with my friend. We told that you arranged this. Thanks, dude!

  • @guywiththeredpikmin :O That's freakin' awesome!!! I can't wait for the moment you upload a video of that :D

Now that someone has actually played one of my arrangements, I'd like some feedback on the playability of this arrangement. Were there any passages that you or your friend had trouble with? Did my repeat structures confuse you at all? Are there any errors in the score itself I need to fix?

  • @Bespinben I can't upload it because of some laws.=(

And it was totally playable, we faced some problems, but the music didn't cause any problems. We had to tune pianos a little bit. But in scale of 1-10, we NAILED IT!

  • @guywiththeredpikmin You could always make an "at-home" recording of it. I don't think there's any law against that. I just wanna see SOOO bad!

  • @Bespinben I don't play piano at home 'cause I don't have any room for piano and schools pianos are free. I have the perfomance on tape, but some law says that a video filmed in public spaces is not allowed to put internet or a blog or something like that, without the permission of all the people showed in the video. AND THERE WERE LOTS OF PEOPLE! I can only use the video for private stuff as long as it stays private. I could go to jail in the worst case. =(

  • hmm... seems an octave or 2 too low... otherwise its cool though!

  • @xrceus It might seem that way because of my chordal choices; I had to adapt the original string harmonies to fit on the left hand. However, it's probably more likely that you think I put the melody an octave too low, which is not the case at all, if you listen to the original. A lot of remixes, such as Pokeremixstudio's, add a piccolo line to the original flute line, making it sound an octave higher than the original. You may be so used to these remixes that you think my arrangement is too low.

  • @Bespinben actually... i was going off some other sheet music for this that I found...and as I said before, this is still amazing!

  • @xrceus OH MY GOSH. You actually found other sheet music for this song!? You see, part of the reason I arranged this was because I could find no sheet music for Sky Tower, so you finding that blows my mind. If you wouldn't mind, would you share where you found it with me? I really would like to see how this person interpreted the song.

Hehe, thanks! =D Glad you like it

  • @Bespinben yeh... it is at ninsheetm.us

  • @xrceus lolololol :)

Oh you silly :3 That version of "Sky Tower" on Ninsheetmusic just happens to be co-created by myself :P The main arranger "Clanker37" used my duet arrangement to make his solo arrangement.

  • @Bespinben oohhh... well i still found sheet music! :D

  • This needs more views... I really hope me and my friend can play this someday!

  • @PsychoxGizmo Haha, thanks! I've only had the video up for three days now, so I wouldn't imagine that it would be loaded with views. That, and it seems most people are more interested in remixes than transcriptions.

If you do decide to try to learn this, you have to have two pianos (maybe a piano and a keyboard [less expensive that way]). I'm also open to learning my own duets, so if you want to do a video collaboration to perform any of my arrangements, then don't hesitate to ask ;)
