Nice video, but I hate American Airlines. They have lost my luggage 3 times! Once, I had a week's vacation, and my luggage arrived at the hotel I was in the day I was leaving to go home :P

@737boeing8 I discovered that a good cabin crew either makes or breaks the way customers perceive the entire airline. At best, cabin crew service is inconsistent with most airlines. However, I do agree with your premise re: AA - the best of the worst.

@captairborne true that! It all has to do with take off weight. Otherwise the plane does not lift off :-(
