  • Thats pretty naive. Do you think that Jim Olson is solely responsible for anyone going to prison? Let me remind you that anyone in prison who made friends with Mr. Olson is there because they were also criminals. What you are saying is tantamount to criticizing the police force for investigating crimes. If you are a spy, or are involved with the KGB, SB, whatever, and you do something illegal, you cannot blame anyone but yourself when you end up in prison.

  • For 30 years he lied to everyone - ruined people who thought he was a friend. He's expert at faking integrity. It was his job. There are people in prison today because they made friends with him. Meanwhile he retired comfortably to give interviews about how great he is. Integrity? Liar. A CIA propaganda machine whose job is to make you believe that liars like him would never lie to you. I dont know his son, but given the ethical environment at home, Id take him with a grain of salt.

  • As an anit war activist I am very sobered by the integrity of this man. His son, a naval officer , visited me in jail and, after my release, invited me aboard his ship for a banquet lunch.

Mr. Olson has invested more energy into an ethical security policy than many in the anti war community have.

Though I don't agree with several presumptions in this book, I respect the energy that has been invested to evolve a policy that is accepted by "civilized society."

    love, Brian
