after hearing the first :30 seconds i see wats goin on. in today's world we see the same exact problem arising every single time; People unable to man up and take responsibility for their own actions, and turning to screw the next person over to make up for their own mistakes/stupidity. The fact that she cant realize she screwed up and move on and fix her own mistake is exactly whats wrong with the world today and why its falling apart. rather than fix it, we fight over whos fault it is.

In other words, playing with a new cell phone and not reading the directions is different than doing an odd remodeling job that generally requires professional or knowledgable installation.
