(shitty) blending and applying Kryolan

Is there a special way to make the Kryolan like, smudeproof? Because I thought when it dried it was supposed to be like water and smudge proof? I applied a thin line and it just smudged to my eyelid. Am I doing it wrong? I dampen the brush but I didnt want to dampen it too much, idk

@TheProphet6661 oh geez this is old I don't use water anymore I use a eyeliner sealer now because i spend my nights dancing and it makes it waterproof.

You could blend with a sponge! Put it on with a moist sponge, make the shape you want and blend it down. After that you can make the edges brighter with the brush.

Blending with a small powder brush is also an option, but practise, practise.....

I know how you feel! I almost threw my Kryolan palette(neon) out because it pissed me off so damn much. Finally I hit upon this video and Vintageortacky videos and she (Vintage) recommended usuing a Lowe Cornell Maxines mop brush instead of a smooth synthetic brush. Also the seller I bought it from (shrinkle on ebay) recommended usuing Bare study Paint pot from mac and vintage uses Painterly PP from mac as well, under the kryolan. Hope this helps anyone who's ready to scream in frustration. :)
