  • Can some one please just tell me how to fix it?rather than hear how un healthy people are

  • Well worth watching! I can relate to literally all of the issues, my worst areas are the rip cage tension and hip immobility.

  • bringing science into art blagh

  • Intresting.... Question: My feet are pointing outwards but my knees dont really tend to go that way. And if i point my feet normal forward i am almost forced to walk on the side of my feet... i already have these custom soles and stuff but i keep on getting injuries nothing just really works :( Should i keep on walking this way or try to adjust my feet (try walking forward normally)? Or anyone else has any options i could try? i really had everything from fysio to scans to custom shoe-soles...

Try to get some body work from a ROLFer or massage therapist who focuses on myofascial release in athletes. Also, proper stretching or foam rolling could help your issue as well. Over time these imbalances becomes stronger due to more connective tissue adhering to other components in your body. You need to have these tissues released from their improper state in order to regain proper mobility.

  • Only one guy had knee pains from parkour.

  • So I watched a 41 minute video that basically tells me to keep my butt tight at all times??

  • @kahlil13

You really didnt take away any of that did you? You need to understand the importance of biomechanics and how the body works. If you use improper technique, angles, motion etc, you open yourself up to the possibility of injury, pain, and dysfunction.

  • by watching this entire video i mess up my body unless i stand. great video

  • The slides not being clear really detracted from the video.

  • Thank you for uploading this video, it was interesting and very informative. Hopefully when I do start my training, I won't have some of the problems mentioned.

  • this was very interesting.

  • thank you for uploading. good information.

  • BORING i just clicking for parkour not for only talking!

  • @jekenmetochwel if u did parkour you would appreciate this video

  • @jekenmetochwel just shut the fuck up, please! thanks!

  • @jekenmetochwel Are you a Tracuer? if not then regardless. This is teaching us how to become more moblie with ourselves whether you play football, Trace (do Parkour), break dance, etc. I found this more influencal than watching people do moves and such. This is helpful information.

  • @jekenmetochwel

If you are athletic in any way, dont let your ego tell you that you are perfectly balanced and dont need to take heed of this information. If you havent experienced issues yet, you will someday and then you will think back on this video and know that you should have been using proper form and technique. Coming from someone who has suffered a lot of pain from postural issues, I truly hope you never do experience problems that can arise.
