The time this was made I wasn't even born yet. This shows that younger people can love 70's Soul. At least I'm one of the youngsters that Loves the sound.
this was a grrreatttt!!!! song I always liked it on the album main street people . when I got a hold of the single i gave it as much air play as I could back in 1973-74 WYLD NEW ORLEANS LA . When they had a soul format, Those were great years,,,
This song was intruduced to me by a friend of mine in High School and I thought it was the bomb. 35 years later after my wife passed I played the song I never realized how much this song meant to me. I just liked it because it had a good beat and was easy to dance to but now it means so much more thank you for posting this i will never forget her and the love we once shared
Well, you just had me weeping. For me it was a live ABC In Concert performance. The song stuck with me forever. And now I can also associate it with a wonderful love story.God bless
a classic ,,i still have my vinyl single of this

One of the group's first post-Motown hits/releases.
THey were still able to make classic soul.
Probe was as side/budget label of ABC. Most of their ABC recordings material was released on ABC/Dunhill Records.
