  • Can't wait to get mine!!

  • @HumanJoseph Well when you do....enjoy it! :)

  • its ok if you have the motor on on the controller because it have a safety on the plane

  • So would the straight wing glide better then the bent wing?

  • @dirtnapper73 In theory yes, the bent wing should provide a bit more lift. However I think the real reason for the bent wing is for stability. Keeping the plane level and true during flight/gliding.

  • @MontagHeidi Thank you for that. I have learned so much since I made this video. This was my first ever video review so I was still learning the ropes. Looking forward to getting another glider in the near future.

  • bought mine at ^....^ FOR $55

STRAIGHT WING VERSION, NOT FOLDED not sure of the difference.

  • @hobodude8 Great deal! Enjoy it.

  • @hobodude8 Great deal! Still love to fy mine.

  • a little rough in the turns but in time you will smooth out

  • @nibbler125 4 months later and the 'Badius' is my best stable flyer. Still one of my favs. Thanks for the comment.

  • Good question 'Trueflights'. The folded wing design is made for maximum lift and while I have not flown the straight wing version I would guess that it may be a bit more touchy on the controls. While they are both obviously top wing design I think my folded wing would be a bit more forgiving and stable in flight. Just a thought. I can tell you this though, my folded wing Badius flys exceptionally well at high altitudes and will practically fly straight by itself when the conditions are right

  • Ther eis a version of this same plane with a straight wing, as opposed to this model with the folded wing. what is the differences between the two? Stats and features as well as price are identical so I was curious if it changed the flying and gliding characteristics.

  • Hey if your handy at soldering and with a little skill ,you can make up your own battery packs .That way you can make up 5 or six battery packs and fly for over an hour. You can get the cheaper nickle metal hydride batteries at a home depot. The batteries they use for outdoor lights. For 2 bucks a piece or the enegizer rechargables work 3 times longer than the stock batteries.

  • Thanks for the tip! Looking into getting a soldering gun and may attempt to try this.

  • Thanks LP. Appreciate it!

  • Vice cool man. The wing having the uprights is called dyhedral which makes the glider more stable in flight. Awesome job bro.

  • Nicely done, Chris! Keep it up... and wow... thank you for the promotion!

  • I also have a Cloud City Flyers RC Club on Facebook.

  • Thanks Randy. I truly feel that this will be a life long hobby. Having a great time with it. Thanks for subscribing.
