Does FBI has the authority to arrest anyone in the world, if they violated the copyright law?

I've got an idea. Make a video with 2 of these, one playing after the other. If anyone copies it, i can assume they copied the second one, and BAM copyright infringement!!

This Anti-Piracy Warning screen can be found on numerous Warner Home Video DVD's from 2006 through 2009. It was replaced with a new warning screen on any Warner DVD titles. New warning screen sucks. It had the word "Piracy" in a circle and slash, which was a knockoff of the "No Smoking" sign and the screen frame looked a similar to the Rankin/Bass logo from the 70's. I missed that warning screen to death.

how do you download it?

@rugby234life I use FireFox as a browser and have the Orbit Downloader plugin installed. Once installed, you put the cursor over what you would like to download and a small box that says "Get It" opens.. Click on the box and then you can download the video clip. Works pretty good.  :)
