besides the stunts you show are mostly not even stunts and it wouldn't be a problem for him to do it himself. He might use stunts in some cases like orelion has explained

As much as i like him I had to admit he did use doubles afew times, don't get me wrong he does most of his own stuff. It's all about making a quality movie and if a stunt man can pull off a move better, then that's the take which will be used. Chin Kar Lock and Mars have doubled Jackie hundreds of times since the 80s. I've seen Jackie doubled for the simplest things and sometimes it's because he was hurt or time was an issue.

Watch in cantonese and with good subtitle translations or learn cantonese and you will see the acting is good from the big stars like Sammo, Yuen Biao and Jackie. Jackie has been using doubles since his movies from the seventies. He was been doubled extensively from about the mid-eighties up to now. The instances of stunt doubles being used really picked up around the time Who Am I? was released. For the past few years he has been doubled for almost everything in his movies. I'm not trying to discredit the man because he's my all-time favourite actor. But we've uncovered hundreds of scenes with stunt and fight doubles.
