In CA, you actually aren't required by law to render assistance if you witness an accident.

You are right. Apparently, when you witness something, it's up to you to decide whether to get involved. However, if you are a driver involved in the accident CA VC 20003 requires "reasonable assistance" which may include transporting the victim to an appropriate destination for help "if necessary or if requested by an injured person." In my video, if the victim asks for a ride, I have to do drag that blood- soaked carcass into my pristine new Lexus and take him someplace for help. Hmm.

Please be aware that no animals were injured during the making. I think the element of comedy actually gets peoples attention more, which then helps them to memorise it better. Vechile's and roads arn't DAGEROUS!, the people behind the wheel or crossing the road are.
