Most likely the lizard does not like the frame rate of the screen. It can disorient the lizard and the reaction is what you see.

I suspect the user does not know this and think it was cute. But they should not continue to do so as it maybe abusive. Besides. It is obvious the lizard just does not like what they are doing.

@nopnop08 It's a Jemen Chameleon (chamaeleo calyptratus). Although it's a pretty robust species for a chameleon, I'm still with Kristophernando concerning the video!
