  • The simple ans to "why dont they make these kind of songs now"

actually they just cant becuz old legend film makers, directors, music composers and singers were attached to their roots. they loved their culture and honest with their work. now days they all r confused. they love western culture, love to speak english and they wana grow without their roots.

-Himalay Ki God Mein (1965) *Manoj Kumar, Mala Sinha

    Music : Kalyanji-Anandji Lyrics : Anand Bakshi

    Singer : Mukesh

  • What a gem my Mukesh. I love this song sooo much. Come back Mukesh, sooo many people miss you. You're voice will never be forgotten. Such a heart touching song.!! :)

  • @danp0270 - Very nice comment.

    Thank you my dear friend.

  • an emotional and heart touching song beautiful music composition .

  • Hello Yuan and thank you. One of Mukesh's top song. Till this film and Jab Jab Phool Khile, people would take Kalyanji Anandji tunes as of SJ's and that really bothered them but later, they began to get some recognition. Then came another hurdle for them, their own assistants Laxmikant Pyarelal took off like a rocket making a one way trip in the sky leaving the KA's far behind. Luck, I would say.

  • @RealMusicKing - Yes, LUCK is the correct word, I suppose.

Sometimes, more than the hard work and the talent, LUCK works.

    In other words, KARMA!

    Thank you.

  • its my favorite song i love this.. thanx for adding in you tube

Each and every line of the song, touches the heart of listner

  • @amitred4 - You are most welcome, my friend.

  • Good looking heroes in Indian films: 1) Sapru 2) Chandra Mohan 3) Murad

    4)Prithviraj Kapoor 5) Al Nasir(Veena's husband) 6) Dharmendra

Good looking heroines in Indian films: 1) Nasreen(Salma Agha's mother) 2) Nigar Sultana 3) Meena Kumari 4) Vyjayanti Mala 5) Madhubala 6) Nutan 7) Hema Malini

  • It is said that Dharmendra was, at one point in time, among 10 most handsome men in the (known) world. I wonder how did they miss out on Manoj Kumar.

No disrespect to Dharm Ji, but Manoj Kumar was no less than Dharam with respect to looks.

  • @chakdeychar That's because Manoj Kumar kept his face covered with his hand.

  • A song in appreciation of beauty in it's simplicity, without any social attachments or any worldly wants and desires that couples seek in each other these days. A portrait of true love just as Nature has designed it be. Wonderful song.

  • @chakdeychar - Wonderful COMMENT!

    Thank you my friend.
