I just think unless it is going to be serious Brandy will not date him. Maks LOVES women and he has stated he HAS NOT got a type so he may be open to something new, who knows. I found it interesting that he had said that because some of his fans have said he has a type and Brandy not being European, she would not fit.
Cheryl and Maks are old friends with added perks I guess. They are both grown and I believe single, so no harm done there.

I believe they struggled at the beginning understanding each other but soon it became apparent things and feelings changed. Maks was very protective of her and even Tony stated that to Brandy when he interviewed them.

I do not understand why she had to go home, first there must be an artistical criteria and then the voting system, the proportion 50%-50% is perhaps not so adequate or it should be applied only in the finals. We keep seeing good dancers going home because they are not so influent than others, when this could be taken into consideration only at the end if the couples reach the same score.
@opgalaxy Two things happened: ABC's website crashed on this very evening, costing tens of thousands of votes, including mine; 2) ABC purposely emotionally manipulated the voting process by purposely putting a high-vote couple into the bottom two -telling people, "see what happens when you don't vote?" and kept perpetuating that lie all season. No matter the couple, we- the viewers- VOTED!
I just watched -twice- Bristol and Mark's Argentine Tango...and the 9s were very "reaching". Mark overdanced to compensate Bristol's "in and out" connections, and he did more of the expected moves. I had to come back to Maks and Brandy's dance just to get the "atmosphere" of the dance. Mark overcompensated, Derek did more 'tricks'; sometimes, you need simplicity to appreciate the intrinsic value.

This dance was so beautiful & it shows how off the chain these two can be together, If you read Maks' blog he talks about how he had a total block in regards to choreographing this dance & it was Brandy who came up with the ideas of what to do with Maks filling in the blanks & helped this lovely dance come to life. These two would be a triple threat as a couple with the acting, singing & dancing & I dont doubt that the character Maks is he could act as well & theyed look so damn good doin' too.
Brandy has never looked so beautiful than on dancing with the stars. She has come along way to get back her shine and she has done it with grace and dignity.

@mukazzi - you are right on the money. Brandy danced her fair share and did not burn out Maks. Mark and Derek were killing themselves to carry off their partners - they seemed exhausted. I thought I was the only one that saw it. Derek may have choreographed unnecessarily fast and technical routines, but they had no emotional depth. Maks and Brandy just provided a wonderful display and interpretation of the elements of music and dance. Their dances will be the most memorable of the season.
Well that goes to show, life is not fair and it not by merit we succeed. This was a terrible season of Dancing with the Stars and I tuned out after this.
I hope that on her show 'Brandy & Ray-j a family business" that we see what went on behind the scenes. They reeeeally need to show people trying to call in to vote, and the line being busy....and trying to vote online, and the site crashing and freezing! Stand up and applaud Maks' choreography. What was the distinctive difference between Maks and Mark & Derek? Maks didn't have to "overdance" to compensate (Mark) or add extra 'glitter' (Derek). This routine was -as Bruno called it -stunning! Every move was complete -in, out; up, down. You have to watch it over and over just to see what you might have missed. As for the votes: ABC's website crashing was a travesty; they create the mess and then can't/won't allow voting extensions. Oh, well...
Brandy and Maksim will definitely go down in DWTS history as the best couple ever!!!! It's something very MAGICAL about Maksim and Brandy's relationship! Their chemistry is incomparable! Just watching them makes me blush! Their emotional connection is amazing, and their passion, and mutual respect and love for each other is magical:)! They are very beautiful individuals on the inside and out! I wish them the BEST!!!!!

You got it, how often did I watch DWTS, would I recommend the show and do you thing the show is fair. The asked me all kinds of sh*t about various programs on ABC. He loves women, and it will happen when it happens. I watched the bachelor show on you tube and he seems to want a woman to stay home w/ the kids(there's nothing wrong with that) I just never saw him and Brandy in terms of marriage, etc. They definitely had a bond..

I just think unless it is going to be serious Brandy will not date him. Maks LOVES women and he has stated he HAS NOT got a type so he may be open to something new, who knows. I found it interesting that he had said that because some of his fans have said he has a type and Brandy not being European, she would not fit.

@NicoleH73 Yeah, she pretty much said that. She stated that he was very good looking and felt she wouldn't "go there." I guess she knows Maks is/ was a player and goodness knows she has had her fair share of heartache so possibly she wouldn't risk it with Maks.
I believe they struggled at the beginning understanding each other but soon it became apparent things and feelings changed. Maks was very protective of her and even Tony stated that to Brandy when he interviewed them.

I do not understand why she had to go home, first there must be an artistical criteria and then the voting system, the proportion 50%-50% is perhaps not so adequate or it should be applied only in the finals. We keep seeing good dancers going home because they are not so influent than others, when this could be taken into consideration only at the end if the couples reach the same score.

@opgalaxy Two things happened: ABC's website crashed on this very evening, costing tens of thousands of votes, including mine; 2) ABC purposely emotionally manipulated the voting process by purposely putting a high-vote couple into the bottom two -telling people, "see what happens when you don't vote?" and kept perpetuating that lie all season. No matter the couple, we- the viewers- VOTED!

I just watched -twice- Bristol and Mark's Argentine Tango...and the 9s were very "reaching". Mark overdanced to compensate Bristol's "in and out" connections, and he did more of the expected moves. I had to come back to Maks and Brandy's dance just to get the "atmosphere" of the dance. Mark overcompensated, Derek did more 'tricks'; sometimes, you need simplicity to appreciate the intrinsic value.

Erin makes it seem like Brandy is beneath her. However, from Erin's movements on Twitter and other sites, it is obvious that she can't hold a candle to Brandy. ESPN ought to be embarrassed. Even if he is/was in Russia, why can't he tweet his fans and let us know what's going on? This dance was so beautiful & it shows how off the chain these two can be together, If you read Maks' blog he talks about how he had a total block in regards to choreographing this dance & it was Brandy who came up with the ideas of what to do with Maks filling in the blanks & helped this lovely dance come to life. @mukazzi - you are right on the money. Brandy danced her fair share and did not burn out Maks. Mark and Derek were killing themselves to carry off their partners - they seemed exhausted. I thought I was the only one that saw it. Derek may have choreographed unnecessarily fast and technical routines, but they had no emotional depth. Maks and Brandy just provided a wonderful display and interpretation of the elements of music and dance. Their dances will be the most memorable of the season.

Stand up and applaud Maks' choreography. What was the distinctive difference between Maks and Mark & Derek? Maks didn't have to "overdance" to compensate (Mark) or add extra 'glitter' (Derek). This routine was -as Bruno called it -stunning! Every move was complete -in, out; up, down. You have to watch it over and over just to see what you might have missed. As for the votes: ABC's website crashing was a travesty; they create the mess and then can't/won't allow voting extensions. Oh, well...

You got it, how often did I watch DWTS, would I recommend the show and do you thing the show is fair. The asked me all kinds of sh*t about various programs on ABC. @tubaplayer67 The same should go for journalist and talk show hosts, right? The show has singers, actors, athletes, journalists and talk show hosts. She didn't do the best job, yes, but people liked her and voted for her every week. People should have voted for Brandi instead of assuming that she would be safe for the next dance. People thought Sabrina Bryan would win and they didn't vote... resulting in her elimination. It's simple. Vote.

@bethanywdwcp People didn't like Bristol from my understanding on all the forums...etc. Everyone wanted her to go home the only people voting were Sarah Palin followers, if you were on the DWTS fanpage all of them were conservatives. Also me and many others voted for Brandy but weren't able to vote, I voted and it kept saying I wasn't able to vote and I tried several different phones so yeah that's a bunch of crap.

That Bristol Palin makes me want to projectile vomit when I see her mug. Sitting there all innoccent as if butter wouldn/t melt in her mouth. And as for Mark, what a sell out. I was lead to believe that this show was called DWTSTARS not DWTSLOTHS. How can that Bristol beat Brandy, in fact Audrina, Florence, Rick, Kurt. Bristol should have gone the first...even David Hasslehoff moved better...he tried.

@chocolate001able You are absolutely correct! This girl Bristol couldn't dance her way out of a paper bag, let alone be a finalist! There are easily 5 to 6 other contestants, who did a far better job than Bristol. And Mark... what can I say about him, he is such a sell out to Maks. They both knew damn well Maks nor Brandy said nothing wrong against Brisban face. I hope this COW looses and loose big! Mark is so desperate to catch up with Derek, he will take a win at any cost!

The only way abc will get the message is IF PEOPLE BOYCOTT. You can still vote for your favorite but boycott watching. It hits them where it hurts...money. The voting system has to be changed so this kind of thing won't happen again. NO politics in DWTS.
