If want do parkour just watch films on youtube. Then you pick up 1-2 things. Just type in vaults. Then you will learn the basisik vault.
I have done parkour about 6-7 month's. And it's not eazy at start. But just packtist your vaults, and it will come naturely.....

Do you have to go to gym sessions to learn or is it possible for me to learn by watching tutorials on the internet?

There are all kinda of tutorials on the internet. Thats all i had to learn by. Gym is a cool way to learn if you want to see some of the movements, but gym is completely different then outside.
