  • I dont think I've ever looked that calm when I lifted. Really impressed. Great lift!

  • @OnlyTheHugeSurvive Thank you! I never really get "fired up" before a lift.

  • Great form and strength.

  • check out my 455 lol it was ugly

  • This many reps on the deadlift can get a person quite winded.

  • good form man, that was awesome

  • this is pretty good but you lift a little much with your back

  • long time ago...

    check out my 500 x 16!

  • Thanks! Check out my vid of 500 x 16 if you liked this one...

  • wow! nice progress

  • Thanks!

  • Maybe the best deadlift technique i've seen on youtube.

  • LOL, this is really the best?

I mean im not ragging on the guy, its great form, but it cant be the BEST on youtube.

  • Agreed! I'm not a big fan of touch and go reps but this is how you do it.

  • I gave you one star because I am jealous...just kidding 5 stars!! awesome strength!!

  • thanks!

  • i was impressed and then saw you were using straps

  • sorry to disappoint. fortunately my back still felt every rep. I typically use straps for higher rep sets. no straps and a mixed grip on heavier stuff.

Perhaps my 655 single (in gym) or 600 single (in a meet) will change your mind.

    Thanks for watching!

  • holy crap those were PERFECT reps--I only do that ONCE!! congrats!!

  • thanks! I just got 500 x 16 last saturday (with straps though)... no vid yet of that one yet... hopefully soon :)

  • That was the bomb!!! Not only did you make it look easy. Your form was great with no bounce off the ground or slammin like in some of the deadlift videos.

    Dam good job!!!

  • Thanks!

  • looked like you could get 20-25reps

  • Thanks.

  • i was taught to use more leg than i see you using. would you say that this is wrong or just a matter of preference? the guy who told me this was also crazy about training legs, that might have something to do with this.

  • more leg drive is good. I am fortunate to have a very strong healthy back. When I "touch and go", I tend to stay more upright. This is an old video and I am currently "deloading" all my reps and really trying to drop my hips before the initial pull. We'll see how that works out in the long run... so far so good.

  • thanks, keep up the good work dude.

  • Thanks and good luck!! Just keep pulling!

  • damn that was impressive, good effort man. u rock

  • Yeah, baby! Get those growth hormones goin'! Seriously though, nice set.

  • good shit

  • That was f'ing sick man.... I Just got that weight for 3 and I struggled on the last rep. Wow...

  • Would have been more impressive without straps, still strong though

  • I only use straps for my high rep sets (10+). Ive done 655 from the floor and 725 from the rack with no straps.

  • i deadlift 605 without a suit ripped to the bone, 32, you guys are awesome, 455 for 15, that great.

  • haha thats my max...

  • damn-thats nice work-im 15 and can do 345 pounds 3 times,-slowly getting there though

  • Keep goin' man!! I remember when I couldn't get 405. I also remember when I couldn't get 585. Now I can't get 675 and hopefully, that too will be a memory some day.

  • my grandma can do that shit, and she even bends her knees!!

  • Yeah but your grandmas twice my size!!

  • nice repping..I like to get crazy like that occasionally LOL

  • like ronnie coleman says in his dedlift video, "lightweight". well for you atleast

  • you gonna bend those knees?

  • Nah, I'll let my big ole hammies do some work too ;)
