  • nice classical music to this.

  • all those big words for "yucky gunk filled sack behind ear"

  • Looks like it was done in dirty barn...looks horrifically unhygeinic.

  • I love America! Wouldn't live anywhere else.

  • This must be in pakistan or afganistan. Wow that woman is brave! That looks incredibly painful!

  • Yeah those are the docrors i want working on me. Not

  • well damn anybody can come in the room

  • lets take the sissers and cut a bit into the wound ... shes infected anyway xD

  • oh yeah the classical music gives it a nice touch lol not...barf!!!! and when ever i was in the hospital it was never that dirty gross...and they made me remove my makeup and jewelry i can't believe her earrings were still in and how when the infection was coming out how they rubbed it around ahhhhhhhh

  • dude isnt even wearing gloves!!!! where is this.. this cant be happening in america. they may as well be in someone"s kitchen doing this.

  • probably the only video ever to make me go "OHHH" twice.

  • Shehezerade...is that how you spell it? Great Music.....wrong video.......but I pus the video........

  • ohh poor thing, all i could think of when watching this (besides my toes cringing in pain) was that i would be washing my hair when i got home if i were her

  • That had to have hurt sooo freaking much

  • 1:20 - Fail.

  • If this girl lives it makes me think we in the western world make way to big a deal about steral field in an operation.

  • holy cow, it didn't originally look that big!

  • i bet this in India?

  • I cannot imagine the pain this poor girl was in before this. I don't understand though why she was sterilely prepped and draped but they didht take earring out. My docs always make me naked (totally unnecessarily) for ANY procedure.

  • Dr. Mengele

  • @kingjacob300 it's gauze soaked in iodine to keep the abscess open so it can continue draining

  • @kingjacob300 It's what they call a wick. It's put in to get out all the left-over drainage so they dont have to go back and do this again. I had this done on Friday, though it wasn't THIS bad.

  • HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • This looks like really unsanitary conditions!!

  • Ohh goddd that had to be painfffuulll headaches before surgeryy!

  • Anyone know what sing this is? Its awesome

  • @animereader1 The music is Scheherazade by Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov. You are so right, the music is not just awesome, but it is brilliant! Look up this name and you will find dozens of Youtube recordings.

  • Third world country surgery is what it is. Got that done next to the liquor store or something

  • One man wearing gloves? The earring is still in the womans ear? The floor is realy dirty? And the tabel to the right is rusty! What kind of place is this to get a surgery? O_O

  • Doctor, You have my respect!

  • Why are there three men working on this woman, Only one man is wearing gloves?

  • wow, what a terrible place to have an abscess!

  • they didnt even take her earring out! poor girl tho she must hav been in some serious pain.

  • they didnt even take her earring out!

  • Do I understand it correct that this shown person has veeeery much purulence behind it's ear? Is this compareable to squeezing out a blain, just this is a little bit bigger and needs to be suturated?

  • that room dosen't look very steril

  • How bad was the loss of hearing?

  • Wow... is Scheherazade really the music for this video.

  • this is some serious third world shit. :\

  • Why is this person still wearing an earring? Extremely unhygienic and would not be allowed in England!

  • @nataliejadeingram I'm surprised it's allowed here in the US, to be perfectly honest.

  • @nataliejadeingram

If there's already an abscess, infection is hardly a huge concern, no?

  • @nataliejadeingram furthermore, if there indeed is communication with incus and malleus, it would be an intracranial abscess, so she most probably will have had a nice infection...

  • O my gosh I freaking hate abcesses. They hurt like hellllllll.

  • I had one on my penis.

  • Right after this procedure the Dr. had Fettichene with cheese sause for lunch.

  • why are some of the other medical people not wearing gloves?? WTH???

  • i'm about to hurl.

  • the music has made me image a group of sincronized swimmers working on pool of pus. yeah that was beautifull

  • excellent choice of music

  • It would be funny if they woke up half way through the procedure.

  • Was she under any form of medication?

  • why does she still have her ear ring in?

  • Im loving the music

  • ...and it keeps coming and coming....and coming and coming out....bon appetit

  • good video but whit the original audio would be much better because is kind medical video

  • Erosion of malleus and incus... so, this resulted in hearing loss on that side?

  • Just numb, but the abscess is so painful that still can feel the pain when pressing on it n the worst part is when that instrument get inside to break of the wall so call roots..breaking it than it won't come back..and dressing put inside part also will feel d pain..I knew it because I once had it..due to my pregnancy diabetes I get it..now I m fine n without diabetes :)

  • Holy crap! Where does all this shit come from? How did she get this infection?

  • this is beautiful doctor! keeps me away from porn X)

  • was he awake a few times i saw him move so was he just numbed up or was he asleep

  • y would someone wait so long be for getting medical help ouch poor grrl

  • כל כך קרוב למוח האם זה מסוכן?

  • She must have been in major pain... ouch!

  • i can tell this surgery did not take plac in the U.S. The room looks very old and rusted. Only one person was wearing gloves. How much does latext gloves cost? excellent chance for infection.

  • Cherry lemonade, anyone?

  • Why is it that only one of them has gloves on, even though they handle items. YUUUCK! I hope the guy holding the pan isnt a nail biter.

  • I wonder what caused this.

  • i wonder why those people assisting the surgeon is not wearing any gloves.....this should be done aseptically and i wonder how they can do that if they dont wear any gloves....i oity the patient, she might get infected because of what they are doing...

  • Nice video description, I don't understand a fuck but it sounds nice...

  • what happens if the one doesn't get this procedure done and just kept ignoring the problem?

  • might hurt lot! GOD!!!!

  • that earingwas supossed to be there?

  • Hope the poor woman was asleep

  • @thehobbitwaffle why would she? this is minor surgery... general anesthesia would be more dangerous.

  • @Pricandoc I said that only because it looks painful, not because it would be medically sound.

  • Fermented! Offal! Discharge!

  • Holy shit.

  • AWESOME!

  • oh the poor girl...

whose music is it, what is it?

  • omg all that behind a ear wow...what a body goes threw

  • Was the patient in significant discomfort during the procedure? I can see you are anesthetizing the area, but wonder if she still experienced some pain due to the extent of the abscess.

  • looks like she has dirty skin

  • the music is so fitting...

  • LOL

    I love the music

  • thank you and the patient for sharing.

  • Third world country. Floor is dirty and they didn't remove the earring.

  • After doing this the Dr. went home and had spagetti with cheese sauce..BLEEECH!

  • They should have popped the face off, it would have been easier! Hardy-Harr-Harr!

  • CHOCOLLATE MILK.....

  • Muito fera....kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • Hahahaha it's like a chocolate milk fountain

  • this poor woman is in pain, she should have been put to sleep for this, it seems very cruel to me to let her suffer like that.

  • @softnsweeter If you look at the first part, they numbed the area.

  • @jonboykayaks that's good but can u imagine how sore that musta been after it unfroze OUCH!!!!....lol

  • Good lord! the ammount of fluid that came out! i can't believe it! could you please translate your description into plain english? i am no medical physician to understand such terms =)

  • OH LAWD!!

  • Oh shit! That lokks painful...

  • in the beggining you can see the liquid there sticking into his head with that needle moving around grossssseee

  • MMMM.....Yummy!!! Neither any of my old students, nor either of my daughters will be surprised at how totally EXCITED I got when I saw this video!!! I had to watch it like 3 times. Then share it!! (tee hee!) This is obviously in a third world country, just by watching the assistants with NO GLOVES on sticking their hands into the sterile field!! Not to mention the painted mayo stand that is rusted to the hilt. Anyway, if you have a weak stomach, I don't suggest watching....If not, enjoy!!

  • Geeeez that was a barbaric doctor! That was unbelievable. He even looked barbaric!

  • i mean look at how filthy the place is.. it looks like a 3rd world country

  • @bhandari909 If you watch carefully, an ungloved individual can be seen holding blood-soaked gauze and then holds an emesis basin below the excised abcess during the drainage. He even wipes the area at one point- poor, poor technique

  • why appear this abscess ?

  • I am wondering ...how is the patient now? I am assuming she was in a great amount discomfort to begin with. I hope she recovered nicely.

  • only one person had gloves on...

  • @brownleeal this is just I&D, ONLY ONE PERSON ENOUGH TO HANDLE THIS SEPTIC CASE, REST ARE STUDENTS WATCHING THE PROCEDURE MAN

  • @bhandari909 If you watch carefully, an ungloved individual is seen holding blood-stained gauze and holding an emesis basin below the excised abcess during the draining process. Poor, poor technique.

  • @bhandari909 If you watch carefully, an ungloc\ved individual can be seen holding blood-soaked gauze and then holds an emesis basin below the excised abcess during the drainage- poor, poor technique

  • @bhandari909 so the guy holding the bloody gauze & the pan @1:20 and wiping the incision @2:06, holding her ear back, flushing with saline, squeezing iodine, etc. etc. etc. is just watching

  • @bhandari909 so, wutsup wtih 4:05 !? so unprofessional

  • @Lifestyle89 I agree... gloves my dear colleagues... always during any procedure.

  • @bhandari909 lol i thought he meant the only one person who disliked this video

  • But they're handling equipment used during the surgery.

  • @brownleeal

    Shut the fuck up

  • @brownleeal THE GUY IS DEAD NOW LOL

  • Uh wow! Just Wow... between the endless infection & the complete nonchalant attitude towards sanitary conditions or the person being awake during the process... wow.

  • She clearly loves taking the money shots in the ear and letting it accumulate....

  • ahhhhh this is in india, thats why everything is so rusty, disgusting, and unsanitary.

  • cool

  • no universal precaution?

  • Is this someone who never had removal of the cholesteotoma and it probably destroyed the entire internal parts of the ear?

  • This is incredible.

  • was the person awake for this

  • Wow. It's amazing that he SURVIVED that size infection! O.o

Good job doc! Looks like you really knew your stuff. :)

    Thanks for posting.

  • Damn, I love Youtube. I bet this felt good.

  • Sheherazade

  • THIS IS THE SICKEST VID OF THIS KIND I HAVE SEEN O.M.G

  • this looks more of a butcher office not a meddical room lol look at how the walls look lol scary shit...

  • That is disgusting, to say the least. Yet, I am glad that all that crap is out.

  • i bet you had one MASSIVE headache with all that crap in your head

  • that was cool

  • omg poor you.. could you hear??

  • u guys are gods!!

  • OMFG IMMA BOUT TO BARF!!!

  • God forbid the assistants wear gloves!! Might cost a nickel!!

  • i'm just wondering why the fuck i am watching this!

  • What's with the music???? LOL

  • Poor woman.

  • Amazing!

  • Ohhh goodd.....I had that underneath my arm pit before, but drained it out myself.I'm use to seeing blood, but not coming from me.It came out exacly like that...lololol..all oozzy and gross, but not as much as this woman in the video.

  • michelle obama?

  • Was there any anesthetic involved? If yes the name and if no, why not? She seems to be in some pain.

  • @tarat2008 I do believe that there will be pain no matter how much anesthetic is used. Unless you put them under. That puppy was massive, but I know she had to feel better after all that crap was out!!!

  • god O_O

  • just curious what was the long black item that you placed into the wound? was it to act as a replacement?

    very interesting!

  • @hairyharryli its iodine its very dark yellow and he put it on a gauze so the cyst wont fill back and heal gradually... sry for bad english.

  • @hairyharryli It was iodine soaked gauze, which would act as an anti septic dressing and we gradually reduce its size so the wound heels from the bottem.

  • @bhandari909 how long is the gauze recommended to be?

  • at about 3:58. I'm wondering, was there a certain chemical in the syringe that made the fluids foam up, or was that already inside the wound, and simply being displaced by water?

  • @H2Zman it was hydrogen peroxide to clean the wound

  • why is her earing still on???

  • Wow! this is incredible, thanks for the video.

  • OMG ... being a DR would it not be common sense that you ask the patient to remove their Jewellery ??? but hey ... let me guess ... Ummm hmmmm ... this can only ever happen in America???

  • THis should have been an out patient procedure. You can see it is too much for her.

  • Wash behind your ears kids!

  • hi,

i see a lot of similar comments to your video as mine... there r people who tries to find faults always.. what i feel is youtube is such a wonderful platform were u get to learn so much .... you should appreciate the people who r sharing these.... so this is to all the critics out there,,, remember that your knowledge wont decrease by seeing these videos... keep posting more videos doctor..

  • @shinoyansari007

Thanks doc, You TOO keep on working and sharing your work, i appreciate the spirit of those who work.

  • @shinoyansari007 what I have learned on youtube, is I never want an Indian doctor. They must give a medical degree to anyone there. They would be better off to hire some butchers than most Indian docs.

  • aww dude, i had one of those on the bottom of my tummy. it was fuckin' huge! my stomach was all hard and turning purple, ugh. i had to drain it all out myself :(

  • i like to imagine she is laughing not crying, it makes it easier to watch.

how the hell does all that crap get in there?

  • i love the music lol

  • don't watch this
