No, that's not Eugene's Doga music. It's a traditional Romani song from Russia, and there is a lot of them in this movie. There is may be just orchestra music (just arrangements) by Doga., but the songs are traditional.

wtf cares? it's russian movie. It's a movie about gypsies. Language of the movie is russian, lyrics of songs are in gypsy language. the story is written by russian writer. If a japanese emperor composed a music and a mexico girl played main role, would that make that movie mexican movie and that music japanese imperial music? I do not think so.
