If anybody is mixed like crazy it is Georgians. I have a lot of Georgian friends who loke arab, others look a bit mongoloid, while some look like they are from sweden, but all of them, to their knowledge are pure Gruzini. No, these people I know all call themselves pure Georgian, and to their knowledge all of their ancestors were Georgian.
There is a common Russian/Slavic look among ethnic Russians. However, when it comes to Georgians, it isn't possible to tell one's nationality.
This means that Georgians, in fact are as mixed as turks.

Come visit Svaneti, Megreli, or another part of Georgia where there are not many immigrants and you will know what Georgians look like.
In the U.S., many Russians I know have slanted eyes. Even some of my Russian friends call them Japonchik, and they are pure Russian in and out.
A Georgian who is half Azeri or a Georgian who is half Greek can still call himself Georgian and vise versa.
I'm not talking about rare exceptions.

Ukrainians are not Russian, and neither are the many other Slavic nationalities. Russians have had their own "culture" and way of life for a long time and they have mixed with native peoples (which they now call immigrants), as well as mongolian tribes for hundreds of years.

An oddly confused narrative. The Mongols invaded Russia in the 13th century. Quite unlike Napoleonic France and Nazi Germany, they were successful in their Winter campaigns. I suspect that the origin of the above narrative is a certain embarassment regarding this conquest amongst various Russian nationalists. What better way to dismiss such an embarassment than to claim that the Mongols were Russians in the first place?

Russian population of Russia, especially outside of big cities, is the untouched Europeans. We don't have even an iota of Mongolian blood (with the exception of the Finno-Ugric in the northwest of country). I love Asia and I have nothing against Mongols.
