  • Awesome! Way to max out that 1000fps! to bad its not like the 210 quality =\ but man still hell acool!

  • its bad quality cause your filming in low light if it was sunny out it would be 2 times better

  • @FakeOrRealVideos

Err, it was a very sunny day when I filmed this! By quality I meant resolution. It's very low resolution, hence the quality is poor.

  • @Adrena1in i wonder, i have a very expensive (600dollars) video editor, sony vagas 9 , and it can convert videos to wide screen and hd, do you think that if i used this camara in 210 fps, and converted it, it would make a differance? or if i changed the resolution

  • @RCtamiya

No idea I'm afraid. I don't think there is software available that can increase the resolution of a video, is there?

  • @Adrena1in LOL. Don't you watch CSI? they can see the dog drawn on a letter-sized paper, that is floating in the space near the sun just from a reflection of an eye of a person, captured by the security camera. Of course there is such software, just call producers of CSI, and ask them what it is called. I believe it's called "Imagination"

  • @Adrena1in Some software is pretty good at 'upscaling' and 'interpolating' footage, but you can't create new resolution from scratch I'm afraid. If you use short shots of the 210fps stuff and disguised it well, you might be able to edit it together with hires footage and get away with it though.

  • @Adrena1in there is no program in the world that can improve the resolution of a video, whatever its shot in, that's what you get. As for slow motion there are programs for after effects that can create frames in between regular frames so you can obtain a slower frame rate, one for example is twixtor.

  • @RCtamiya FAIL!

  • @RCtamiya you could use vegas to output this video to full 1080 hd but the qaulity would still look the same so technicly a program couldnt boost the qaulity of a camera this bad

  • @Adrena1in i have some videos at 1000 fps with this camera and it is no were close to the bad quality of this...

  • @Adrena1in

it might have been a sunny day, but at 1000fps you need about twice that amount of light.....if you do it increases the quality quite abit ;)

  • Hey for a beter qualiti use AVS4YOU its realy good to make the it better

  • whats the highest quality you can get at this framerate?

Does it degrade as u increase it?

  • @WeEatBrainz

The quality is unchangeable at 1000fps...this is as good (and bad) as it gets.

  • @Adrena1in Are there any other cameras that record decent quality at a high frame rate?

  • @WeEatBrainz

    I've no idea, sorry.

  • @WeEatBrainz There's the Fujifilm HS10 which aso records at 210, 420 or 1000fps - quality's still not great - trying to choose between the 2

  • I guess because it's a relatively cheap camera it simply doesn't have the power to process so many higher quality images that quickly. At 1000fps the image is only 224 x 56 pixels, so the video above is quite enlarged, which won't do the quality any good.

  • Hey, thanks for the info on the reduced resolution. I was wondering why all the 1000fps videos were so blurry and narrow - I thought they were using incorrect footage.

    2 questions:

    1. Can you zoom in during video recording (optical)

    2. Can it record macro video?

    Thanks :)

  • Unfortunately the zoom and focus are locked when you start recording I think, (and I gather that's the case with all the video types, but haven't properly tried yet). Not sure about Macro recording in video, but I've got pretty close to a bee a few times. I'll check...

  • You can zoom in during video recording (optical) but you will have to go in an enable the zoom if it is disabled which will disable the microphone ( no sound ) you can't have both. However you can have sound and zoom the camera before pushing the record button.Just won't be able to zoom after recording starts.

  • why does the quality reduce with the increase of fps?

  • @flame142 Because the processor can't record all that infomation at 1000 frames like it can at lower settings. But inceasing the shutter speed will help some.

  • like the cameras on time warp... probly run on an i7 processor and cost like 100,000 dollars
