to be honest, this isn't a very good run, there are people who can quite easily do this within 2:30, including myself.

there's a guy called finalrush7 who can do this in 2:10:??. and I can do it in 2:16:75. It's really not that impressive, sorry to say.

It's fine. I just hope you realize that this was a speed run. I wasn't trying to do my best. I was just testing out some shortcuts that I used my lives for. I wasn't aiming for it to be impressive.

For this speed run it was probably a lower grade, I sacrifice points and rings for speed. For example if I lose all of my rings I don't try to gather any if I pick one up along the way, it's what gets me by.

Yeah the best thing I know to do about them is to jump and when they send out their tentacle-things, use a homing attack to pass them. It's too troubling to defeat them because you bounce all over the place...

I had to go through this stage like crazy to find all the shortcuts I did. For me, it was a matter of risking my 99 lives. I'm now down to 4.
