  • How to please

  • awsome tank imma try to set up my tank like that , love ya vid

  • What kind of contianer

  • Does anybody know what that plastic conatiner is called holding the water, or where you can get one from online?

  • probably the best tank i have ever seen

  • @airsoft1798 Dont mix amphibian species. Besides toads are poisenous. :/

  • I don't recomend mixing speices.

  • it is true that species shouldnt be mixed but look there are people that have done it sucessfully i dont reccomend it but it can be done i personally think if they are from the same area (i.e, green anoles and green tree frogs) it could be done but you would need a very spacious terrarium and extra care

  • green anoles and green tree frogs-lol one needs heat lamp and heat will dry out tree frog so thatll be really hard to put a tank together like that

  • exactly but it has been done like i said you could take some extra time and spray more or concentrate the heat to one spot or add lots of shade keep in mind these animals live in the same area and occupy different niches besides green anoles are dinural while green tree frogs are nocturnal

  • oh ya, im goin to have to kinda do that, im putting a gray tree frog with two baby

    softshell turtles

  • yeah that usually wont be a problem as long as the frog doesnt get too close anyway what i usually hear is that people that do that and have lasting sucess is to have a spacious terrarium and lots of hides and stuff so they dont fight and to feed them seperately also to watch each animal in the terrarium poisionous animals as well as large or predatory animals usually dont have places in there thats why you dont usually see snakes or cane toads in a terrarium

  • You should make a longer video of the tank explaining it please

  • Nice cage, absolutely wonderful!

  • Nice looking tank, shame about your decision to mix species. FBT should not be kept with any other species other than there own as the skin toxins are deadly. FBTs need deep water which red eyes will easily drown in. Do your self a favour and stick to 1 species per tank!!!

  • u shouldn't put a fire belly toad in the same tank as any other animal besides its own because firebelly toads has toxins in their skin

  • Great looking set up! What kind of filter do you use to keep the water flowing in the stream and keep the water so clean? Thanks,

    Rob

  • ive watched this video like 80 times! i love your tank!

  • their called fire belly toads not fire ball toads

  • are they poisinouse??? lol sry if i spelled it wrong...

  • both toads and frogs NEED moisture to stay alive, both eat the same food,so why not keep them together.I have two tree frogs, three fiddler crabs, and two fire bellied toads currently living in the same tank. The tree frogs have their area in the tank they live in,the fire bellied toads mate in the water, and my fiddler crabs have made burrows underground along the glass. All of them are healthy and they are well fed so they don't eat each other.apparently anoles are also good for these set ups

  • thats a fire-bellied toad not a tree frog

  • TRUE!!!

  • At 1:17 that is the tree frog.

  • wtf TREE FROGS DO"T LIKE WATER DUMB ASS

  • the one in the water seems to be enjoying it. I've kept them for a while, they'll often come down and sit for an hour or two in their water bowl before hopping back up to their perch, and yes, I do spray the tank regularly.

  • wow u fucking idiot.

frogs and toads are amphibians ur a dumb fuck they all love and need water. you dont know shit so shut the fuck up

  • some dont like to SWIM in water but they all need it to survive but ive done research on the Red Eyed tree frog and most say they dont like to swim in water.. but mine goes in the water all the time. and no criticism i have my tank at 80 percent humidity

  • I wish you got a shot of the whole tank

  • I just got 3 new retf and I wanted to make them a really nice vivarium. I have some fake plants, but i want to try to get all real plants eventually. What items should I get? Is a fogger or waterfall better?

  • id do a fake background useing foam it looks gr8 it tells u how at black jungle also i go with a foger with diy water fall it would cost 20

  • this is the best frog/toad setup ive ever seen like legit, ima make a vid nd tell ppl 2 check it out...ITS THAT GOOD!!...

  • Hi FatsoTre, i'm going to setup something like that, it's my 3th tank, tha others are for xenopus laevis, so i'd like to know how much is more or less, a little frog like that thanks bye (sorry for my english, im italian)

  • this is amazing

  • awesome! 5/5! beatuiful:)

  • Will frogs eat frozen blood worms?

  • Sweet river

  • Howd u make the river?

  • nice

  • what store???????

  • that's cool i just found a tree frog that can change colors a frog that is not a toad how much was the whole thing???? and how did you make the waterfall?????

  • smart tank

  • whites tree frogs here cost 7 bucks.they are the size of half tumb

  • were do you get white tree frogs at????

  • your tank is awesome!

how did you make the river/waterfall?

also how much do you think it cost to make?

  • red eyes cost alot dude good luck. cost me 50 bucks. they are beautiful maybe thats why......

  • kewl frogs u have there!

  • OMG im getting a frog for my birthday which is in october and i wish i had a tank like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS THE MOST AUSOME TROPICAL TANK EVER!!!! and by the way for the river did you use one of those repeditive pipe things?

  • thats an awsome tank!

  • What are the frames of that creek made of?

  • life span?

  • I want a frog :) I used to have one...well 2...they died :(

  • Na thay do just fine thay have ben to gethere for over a yr no problems at all tank is more then big enuff for them all :)

  • i would Mix All Those Differewnt Animals, They Wont Last Long...

  • I Meant Wouldnt...sorry

  • its a fire belly toad fur sure i have 4 right now 2 dark 2 lime green and they look aboslutley njust like that one

  • this tank is no longer set up... He is in my new one with my red eyes and barking. Dont well my red eyes are out goring the white :)

  • FBT = White's treefrog=Bad idea. That White's will grow and eat the fire belly then that'll kill the tree frog.

P.S. It's not a white tree frog it's a White's treefrog (Litoria caerulea) named aftr the naturalist who discovered it. As it is green it is a green tree frog. The American and European Green tree frog belonging to the genus Hyla are generally referred to as green tree frogs although they have a white stripe along their flank

  • Nice, dont red eyes have tall plants tht they live in aswell, 5/5!

  • Are those Aluminiums real? .. I thought they only survive in water..

  • how did you get the creek to work?

  • NICE SET UP!

  • What coller is it GREEN so it is GREEN tree frog.. I know it is a White tree frog lol

  • thats a whies tree frog not a green tree frog, greean tree frogs would have a white strip down the side of there body

  • That is nice!!

  • its fire belly toads i use to have two

  • that cant be a tank

  • whoa, careful, the toxins from the newts and frogs are not the same, they can kill each other through the water.

  • thay my be Toxic but never had a problem with it this tank no longer looks like this or has the toad in it it is a Red eye tree frog tank now... that is when i was testing it to make sure all was working ok be for i built it for Red eyes :)

  • you know that bombinas cant be housed with any other frogs.. they are too toxic for other species of frog...

you may not housing different species

  • Ya i make a new Move with some new INFO and show you how it is all built.. thanks guys

  • sup dude, thats an awesome tank you got, any chance you could send me details n stuff about it? i'm planning on making an environment like that soon, so im researching as much as possible before i start. thanks

  • take a look at my tank, my tank is bad, can you give me some pointers? i have a lot of frogs that i found outside and i put it into a tank. i dont know exactly what type they are, but i live in the USA up near New York.. where i found them, i think they are water frogs

  • Of course the fire belly toad would not bother the tree frog cuz it can't climb. I put them together b4 and the toad try to bit the tree frog every time when it comes down.

  • The Fire belly toads were my starter frog.. the tank dont look like that no more and now holds Red Eye tree frogs And a White Lipped tree frogs And thay doing Grait to gether thanks

  • cool tank though very beautiful

  • did you know fire bellied toad secrete poison through their skin in to the water so its perfectly safe for them but the tree frog its can be toxic over time

  • I am going to start one and thnxs
