Amazing vid. icouldnt find the hand and your vid cleared it up. THE HAND IS BY THE VASE IN THE HOUSE(1st floor in the room you are in when you enter the house)

ok so i know you just easily cheat and stuff to get deadric armor but where did u get that and the ebony

i don't know about cheats, but you can get daedric armor from the opponents you encounter and kill. rarely from the planes of oblivion (mostly shields there). and i think never from the merchants. but it won't appear in the game at lower levels (you have to be sort of ready for it...)

After you buy the house, go there and get inside... Some ghosts will attack you (if i remember corectly) and after the fight you will hear a noise down stairs (i think the game also tells you you've heard something). There, in a slighty lighted corner, you'll find a broken vase and the skeleton hand on the floor.

yes, it's yours and no one will steal your stuff. it's the same with any house you'd buy in oblivion.

you have to go in and find something there. search the house for a skeleton hand, then go back and talk to him...
