Thans for the comment. To clear the confusion, raw milk should be boiled and then cooled till luke warm temp. For pasteurized milk, warm the milk and then let it cool till lukewarm temp. Do not boil the pasteurized milk.
@chito78a none of these sites really shoe the real making of curd.... what if someones is living in an area like bagdad or smewhere curd as starter is not available.???
ans; boil milk.... let cool till lukewarm... add lemon jiuce or vinegar or some acidic fruit juice
allow to rest without disturbing it for around 7 hrs or 4 hour at 41-43 deg c
and here you are gud curd.... not the glue like sticky yoghurt... curd should be like crushd rice...shouldnt stick to container...
Very simplified yet very helpful. Thank you for making this video. Its better to make at home where there are no extra chemicals added and its freash!
Last week after watching your video I tried to make Yogurt at home (first time in my life )& it came excellent . Since then I have tried 3 times - every time it came good .
Thanks again Vandana/Tarun for your video . Looking forward for more such videos.
