I took some very similar Pic with my Lumix Dmc-FZ30 It had 12x optical ,8Mp, 420mm focal length and the setting I used bumped it up to 75 x with digital zoom of course.But even considering that it seems a little primitive today. My moon shots were amazing to me Clearly showing the spherical nature and depth like it was a grey colored orange. The new ones must really be nice
