  • this is really impressive

  • 不華且不實

  • 中國武術簡直係千變萬化!!

  • 師父~我支持你~~

  • Hung Kuen looks very strong. If this form has finger pointing, or if you can control better, I say do it. But maybe some like myself would take off points. I sould never had said never. Sorry..I do like this form.

  • second time i've ever commented here. have to say i love the way this teacher pegs his stances, thus allowing proper footwork and hip rotation. much respect for the way this sifu demonstrates and performs. check out his gung gee vid... that's a great way to do that form... focused and steady!

  • Has good cat stance...but should never point finger down staff...very strong moves..but he needs more flowing.

  • There is generally a lot of finger pointing down staff in Hung Kuen. It's to give it more power, and also symbolizes the Kiu Sau. Mak Sifu is just doing the form as passed down by Lam family and others.

  • finger pointing is correct..

  • Yes this is the essence of Hungkuen. Unfortunately nowadays a lot of people use the standard of the so called modern-styled martial arts to criticize traditional Kung Fu.
