@openuniverse2003 Well everyone in the video has decreased his 40 time so it's all built into the system we use. Great videos by the way, oh wait.....u don't have any.

@DAVISTRAINING Okay, you're referring to the 40-meter dash, yes? Good training if you're always trying to catch a bus, hardly of any use for anything else. "Power runners" actually run farther than 40-meters, FYI. Oh, and as for me not having uploaded any vid clips, what does that have to do with anything, I mean, besides highlighting that you can't think logically. My not having uploaded any vid clips does not negate the fact that you're a meat-headed moron. And probably gay, too.
