This actually wasn't a bad game. It was very easy though. Good for younger players like me when I owned this game. My stupid ass exchanged it at Gamestop for like 2 bucks. Just to watch them put it back on the shelves for 15.

Aha I remember this.

My friend came over with this game and we played the multuiplayer mode for a few mins, and when he went home he left his mario power tennis here so I popped it in my GBA played a bit of story mode than begged my parents to get me the game.

@LuigiFan911 Mario Tennis Power Tour received very positive reviews. IGN gave the game a 9.0 out of 10, praising the RPG aspects of it and the leveling system to improve the characters. GameSpot gave it a 8.5 out of 10, spotting the variety in the game.

I understand what you mean, i feel the same about this game: as a game, it´s very good but as a mario game... they REALLY went overboard with the roster, like why did they have to make every single filler oponent a playable character? how come a MARIO game with 36 characters only has 6 mario characters? that´s only 1/6 of the game being mario! they should have done like in GBA mario golf: the ones who starred on the GBC game are the only playable golfers now but the rest is mario cast!
