Havnnt broken any gears. When I replaced the motors i used metal gears replacing the plastic. The plastic were stillfine but would probably have stripped by now if they were not replaced.

Added heat sink but we do change motors after about 20 hrs of use. They are $ 2.59 each online.

Battery. From a lawnbott. And you will need motor eventually. THey are cheap online though.
