  • Added heat sink but we do change motors after about 20 hrs of use. They are $ 2.59 each online.

  • Battery. From a lawnbott. And you will need motor eventually. THey are cheap online though.

  • Havnnt broken any gears. When I replaced the motors i used metal gears replacing the plastic. The plastic were stillfine but would probably have stripped by now if they were not replaced.
