Great job on the build! I am one of those who wish to someday build my own airplane. I am 30 yrs old and I have wanted to since I was 14 yrs old. My thing is that most kits like the one you built are a lot of money. hopefully some day soon I can explore the sky like you.
So glad to hear your advancements. My cousin graduated from MIT in the early 60's became VP for a General Electric Division. I went to Rutgers University, still a great school! I'm glad you had support from your family, they helped you reach your goals. As I said, I will be looking for your name around 2021.
I know you'll make it. Always reach for the stars, they belong to you now!!!
If this is Sabrina's own video, I wish you the stars! I have 20+ years in avation work.
I know what a leap you taken in your project not only in knowledge, but being able to say, I did it! Well done young lady, outstanding job! Now get ready for MIT!
I want to hear your name again in 2021, going into space!

Sabrina, congratulations, you`re a really gifted person to have such great parents that help you reach your dreams. I`m 17, and next year (2010) I`ll be starting my college in Aeronautic Engineering. Watching your vids is really inspiring. Hope someday I can build an airplane too. Congrats, and keep the awesome work. PS.: You gotta be a hit in high school, dont`ya? I mean... A pilot! :p
Congrats Sabrina! Great to see that big smile. I also posted a video response of my first video taken of my Zodie from the outside as a friend finished his checkout on it. Great fun.
Yes, I started the build 3 years, 5 months and 14 days ago! It is really cool to conduct a first solo in the airplane you built! It has been certified as airworthy for 1 year, 7 months and 13 days but I was not old enough to fly it until this summer.

The mixture is leaned out to kill the engine rather than grounding the mags.
