Pretty ride by Colm O'Donoghue on Together today!! He had a lot of filly left under him in the stretch today, too. Honestly, I feel like it stands to reason that Together finally got her nose across the wire first in a G1 stakes. Coming into this race today, she had 5 G1 2nd place finishes in the 2010 Fillies Mile, the 2011 English 1000 Guineas, the 2011 Irish 1000 Guineas, the 2011 Matron Stakes, and the 2011 First Lady Stakes. She's run really well against some outstanding fillies and mares.
