En el manga Gilliam muere distinto. En lugar de ser aplastado por el VAJRA, su nave es dañada y el es herido mortalmente, pero antes d morir le da el VF-25 a Alto Saotome...

si, aunque el canon va con la serie de tv y el manga es solo una adaptacion, asi que aqui la linea argumental buena es la de la serie
