  • Best distance runners in the world by far. For every Ryan Hall/Chris Solinsky/Galen Rupp in the United States, there are 20-50 Kenyans who are faster. Probably more.

    Some of the main reasons:

1-genetics-yes, it plays a big role and they have it. When you're running 5 min miles at 12yrs old, you have good genetics.

2-humble environment-kids run long distances to school, no excesses of available fattening foods which is available on every corner in the US.

    3-altitude training

  • man I want to run like this some day

  • Good motivation !

  • @abutz When 90% of the Kenyan population says that their favorite sport is soccer??? Why do they still suck???? P.S. I think in Ethiopia, 97% say soccer.

  • The high temperature also helps them in their tranning sessions. Sorry for my noob english..

  • Kenyans <3

  • And they all eat plant-based diets folks. Low fat, high carb! =)

  • @rmalta69 The truth :)

  • The secret of Kenyan distance running is that they have no secret. Everyone thinks there is no way that they could handle training like that or run the times that they do. They have the same amount of natural talent as any other group of people but mentaly they have no barriers and will do whatever it takes to win.

  • @JahRastafariLives Train as a warrior, you will become a warrior. Train as a runner, you will become a runner. But those who have warrior fathers who train as runners, there is only determination.

  • the only thing that sucks about being a kenyan is people expect you to be fast

im saying this because im in my highschools Long Distance and Cross-Country team and i run a 4:30 Mile And people expect me to run Faster for some reason

im sayin these stuff because i was born in kenya and i come to america for good education and to run NO MATTER WHAT

  • How is it that their living conditions arn't great but..somehow they have running gear that is worth hundreds of dollars???

  • dang kenyans....

  • Win marathons. Get money. Buy new cows.

    The Kenyan way.

  • Respect to these guys. They seem to go against everything I've been taught about dieting and over training, but hey it's working. I wish I understood why, then I could do the same!

  • These guys are amazing and inspiring, they make me want to run and train more :D they are awsome!!!!

  • I am a beginner runner trying to make my first sub-2hr half marathon. This video is truly inspiring!

  • why are kenyan's so fast, when they don't have internet to search in youtube the right running form!?

  • @abutz Determination, dedication and desire.

  • @abutz Lol, Kenyans invented the right running form, why do they need to search the internet for? They can just look at themselves.

  • the pain they undergo is more than concentraion camps

  • @monkeymakr1 Perhaps a trip to Auschwitz Museum would teach you to use your brain a little before you write something stupid. Look into it.

  • @monkeymakr1 that's not funny asshole

  • @darkomataliv im srz

  • These guys are the best in the world. For someone to say they don't agree with their diets, or the way they train is just simply stupid. For any of you that don't agree with the way they do things I challenge you to race one of them. They are a true inspiration to me in my training and we can all learn something from them.

  • I'm going to start eating maize and beans.

  • When I heard "Run like a Kenyan", started to research a bit about that phrase, and this video showed up. I struggle to finish a 10k competition, can't imagine a marathon and this guys seems to run like the wind. Great lesson.

  • If someone willask me how can they win race properly i will tell them to watch that video it will help!

  • magri

  • alberto take notes! we have come far keep at it

  • They run three times a day, so they must be doing something right,

  • they're tall

  • I understand now if i want to do something that i really want i sould practise and dont think that it is waste! And the thing i love doing is running i really want to win i have to practise a lot

  • if they're doing what they love to do I wouldn't consider that a waste

  • @cowsrawesome1 They're not just ''doing what they love'', they are Training to become better. And if they spend too many calories by overtraining instead of sparing some for their bodies to recover and become stronger, then their effort is detrimental to their cause. They are effectively wasting calories on a run that could be better utilized within their bodies. And don't even get me started on their micronutrient deficiencies. I respect their passion, but disagree with their diets.

  • @ghostsam24 Yes, they're obviously doing something wrong, They're not exactly olympic gold medal material. Oh wait, they are!

  • @ghostsam24 Are you questioning the way Kenyans train to run? I mean how can you argue what they're doing if it absolutely works it makes no sense whatsoever.

  • These people only eat maize and beans? They eat such few calories a day and then they go and waste them all by running all day long??

  • @ghostsam24

ignorant fat ugly person-what sort of comment is that?you are so so stupid-get off the internet

  • @goldenboyi1989 ignorant fat person? I'm a serious fitness enthusiast, I weigh 175 lbs at just 11% body fat and I look great! But it takes me 3300 calories a day to maintain that condition, coming from protein with high bioavailability like chicken breasts and salmon, complex carbs like oatmeal and bananas and monounsaturated fats like peanuts and milk. I have a great training routine and an excellent diet. But these guys... what they do is alarming and life threatening. Not healthy at all!

  • @ghostsam24 People do things that compromise their health every day, I doubt you are so different from these runners in that regard.

  • bueno

  • Run with More Fire

  • Dj Tiesto (ISOS 5)- Let Me Be/ Novocaine [2 in 1]

  • The tune is by Tiesto

  • The runners that finish last in kenya would easily come first in most other countries, the same goes for ethiopia. they are just to good hahaha

  • Races with 1,000 Kenyans. I would surely get last.

  • whats this song

  • They are better becouse they run for there lives. In Africa running is a way out of poverty, they run to get food on the table.

When people in the US run, they run to get in shape, to look better... and for many other reasons, but none of them is running for there lives.

  • @Ersanea There are a lot of Americans who run for a living. Running is a profession if you can manage it.

  • @chaimoto I can imagine that, but we have a social nettwork that is there that can help us if we fail. And we can allways start to study again, get a education, start a new life. Im not saying life is easy, but we have possibilities that people in Africa dont have.

  • @Ersanea true

  • @Ersanea I'm a successful Kenyan businessman and I run for the pure pleasure of it. Your argument is informed by the usual stereotypical thinking and thus very misguided. A retraction would be apt

  • I would kill to run like a Kenyan. Just saying.

  • @JESSAGUH i think that with deerminaion and extreme compromise o gain the fisical level u can atleast be close to this guys...

  • After seeing this video I went out and ran 7k. The next day I ran 5k. The day after that I ran 6k. Today, I ran 6k again. That's a total of 24 K in 4 days. It's not a lot for those elite runners, but I'm 13. What an inspiration this video is.

  • @1ofmeful I ran 9k, then another 9k, then another 9k, then i finsihed running 11k

That's 38k in 4 days. It's not a lot for those elite runners, but I'm 11. What an inspirational video this is, and comment you made.

  • train hard fight easy - boxing

when you in training i am still in training when you at sleep guess what i am still training

  • @KILLERTHUGZSHOI4B when ur training, im training, when ur still training, im still training, when u go take a shit, im still training, when u go eat, im still training. yeah baby

when ur on the mat after a knockout, im standing.

  • Great motivation for running - thanks

  • I have a half marathon best of 1.08.46 from 2006. I will be soon 36 years old, and I started serious training in 2003. People in Africa start hard training at the altitude in their early teens, and reach their top level between 20-25 years. Running is in their blood, it is their whole life and their biggest dream, and that's why there are so many good runners in Africa. They are born to run, you can see it from the way they run, there is pure joy of moving.

  • @mies016 Their diet and the non polluted environment has a big role in their life as well.(as far as i know Ethiopia has no pollution and there are allot of remarkable athletes ).That is the secret recipe for being a great Athlete.

  • @mariyye Non-polluted environment? Seriously? The one thing that surprised me on my trip to Kenya was the poor air quality and the amount of pollution. In a country with such misguided political leaders, even things as simple as garbage disposal, especially in rural communities, is overlooked.

  • @joshtrem yea i would consider that as non comparing to southeastern Asia countries, or India. ,,, i have never been to Kenya only Ethiopia,i can't give you any prove for that, although most athletes aren't from the middle of the city. most of them from rural arias (that's how it is in Ethiopia )not sure about Kenyan athletes. They are grown up eating organic food, and drinking real milk and hiking mountains and hills as daily routine such as going to schools or shopping...

  • wow crazy

  • I think that this title is a bit missunderstood by many. The kenyans train hard but almost never over the lactate threshold pace.. so its a fair hard pace.. they are known for this type of training, if you didnt know =)

  • Be great from within and do not be bitter about what you can not do but concentrate on improving about what you Can do! We are all creatures of nature/God....Enjoy the lifestyle.

  • @Myhike3 Amen. As he said. Winning is giving your best.

  • @openuniverse2003 openuniverse2003. Go and train with them, if you don't passout then we will prove you right. It is easy to sit behing a keyboard and write crap, go to the field and test your theory. If incase you survive their training, you will loose your mind.

  • @chaimoto I am not upset dude. Genetics uh? Jamaicans are genetically advantage in short distances? Brazilians are genetically advantage in soccer? Russians women marathon runners are genetically advatange?, mmm, God must have forgotten their man. Who cares what the South African doctor said. I bet he join ultramarathon bc he could not beat the kenyans in marathon. If he is smart enough why can he manipulate the genes and sell it to all other countries who are tying to win major races

  • @chaimoto i like your comment you are so so right..

  • I am proud to be kenyan and Kalenjin and of the familiar physique too.But all said and done these guys trainnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • motivation

  • Kenya people are not built they are made for speed not mass and muscles

  • @ThatOneGuy1027 Kenyans come in different shapes and sizes. Most guys who run all come from the same tribe- Kalenjin. I for one I'm Kenyan and heavily built at 6 1" 95 kg I dont fit the runners physique but nonetheless i do run...cheers

  • @ThatOneGuy1027 They are built for distance.

  • WOW!!!

  • Bcfan never said the word black in any portion of the comment. So why don't you guys chill out! He didn't know you had an aunt that lived in Kenya and quite frankly it doesn't matter. No one should be pointing a finger because no one is perfect. I'm tired of all this "racism" crap.

  • @SuperApparition i dont like how you think BCfanDPL has to be white to be a racist all across the world there is racist and not all of them are white so please dont you use that and BCfanDPL is being racist but kenyan are one of the best runners in world so your just abit of fool for that comment

  • wow just beans and maize... and here some of us are complaining about different protein shakes and recipes. gives me a new perspective. to win, one must forget about everything except his determination.

  • @NavyBTA so true,

people here run and complain about their shoes. they ran barefoot until their teens.

people here complain about protein shakes, they eat beans.

people here complain about flavor and diverse meals, they eat maize

people here complain about losing, they win.

  • Im not from kenya, I lived there for 10yrs as a child though, and the most important diet for kenyans is..................................Some green leafy plant and some oat looking thing, very delicious btw. And yes I still enjoy running/walking barefoot over shoes.

  • Running doesn't faze them. They're so used to it. Those lions are fast.

  • @BCfanDPL You racist pig. I have an aunt from Kenya and she would not appreciate your comment. Just because Kenyans are black does not mean they run from lions.

I'm reporting your racist white ass to YouTube.

  • @SuperApparition My comment had absolutely nothing to do with racism. I was referring to the fact that lions live in Kenya and that it would be easy to run hard if a lion was chasing after you.

I'm reporting your dumb ass to youtube.

  • @SuperApparition Yeah...BCfanDPL really has a stick up his ass.

  • wats the song

  • I wish I could train in that club for a couple of months.

  • Anyone could run like the Kenyans with the right knowledge. The keys are :

1: Diet, they have a very natural diet that provides alot of energy(Unlike the garbage we eat)

2: No shoes, they learn to run the correct way by going barefoot early in life

3: Attitude. They don't view running as a "chore", they actually enjoy it and that makes training alot easy.

  • @toby099 this is so right! altitude is for sure an important thing. according to the papers of sientist, 2-3 weeks are enough to aquaint to altitude. that is not possible. i talked with many professionals (triathlets world champ on haway, runners 13:45 min. on 5000) they did not have any advantage from short altitude. while i was in Peru (i read you did the race at Huancayo..;-)) i could stay for 4 months at 2500. the first training results could be reached after more than one month. running is

  • @lucbongi fun, and very natural, it is of course to be combined with discipline but it helps mind and body to feel better: it is not important at wich level. if an athlete has reached a good phisiology he has not to train very hard, to keep on a good level. but to reach the top or to better the quality of training, a big effort is necessary. the goals will last for a long time. anyway. thanks for the video !

  • univewrsity of champions LOL

  • OMG!!!! HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TRAINING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. NO WONDER THEY DOMINATE THE WORLD OF MARATHON!

  • finnish runners>kenyan runners

  • @dsk803 actually, scientists took 3 athletes all the same age , same weight and same height- one was finnish, one was ethiopian and one was kenyan and after doing the exact same workouts for 2 years, the ethiopians and kenyan were blowing the finnish kid out of the water

  • @xllxAndrewxllx this proves absolutely nothing...their vo2 maxes are prolly way different so the case could be way different if it was a better finnish runner and the reason the kenyans are so good is there is tons of them and all they do is run..if more finns ran they would crazy good...im finnish abviously and what they like to do is smoke, hangout, and do stupid stuff although it is said they are the most hardest workers and this is said from all diff types of people

  • @dsk803 thats what im saying (sorry i was on my friends account) it means that genetically they are better .. plus all the work obviously

  • @jackfin321 u havent proved to me nothing..si su!

  • @xllxAndrewxllx

Where did you read about this research?

Its interesting what was their diet.

We can see from this video that kenyans eat very light food.

  • The "scientists" obviously didn't study this topic too profoundly. Otherwise they would have known that East Africans are almost all alike, small and skinny, while the range of body types in Europeans is much larger. So if you take 10 Kenyans and 10 Danes - like researchers in the "Project Kenya" - the Kenyans will look as far superior runners, performing ca. 2 minutes better in the 5 km. But if you took 1 mil. Kenyans and 1 mil. Danes, you would suddenly get Danes matching the best Kenyans.

  • look at their legs its like sticks

  • all this desire stuff is bull. what you didnt show is the 100 some mile weeks most of them log in the early teens, and how they run really well when there about 20, but then burn out and are never heard of again after about 25. this system works really well when you wanna go through runners and potential like nothing, but if you dont, you have to develop slower and more efficiently.

  • I'd like to see Manuel Luna in his prime square off with a Kenyan in a marathon or maybe 50k.

  • i wish we had races with this much talent....

  • take care, young athlete, training at "Kamariny", here you will get strong mentally and phisically, but you have to protect yourself from the logics of exploitation, this logic is old like the CIRCUS and it is a tough logic, that eats you in an other way, like a cancer.... it was called be the roman poets the logic of "panem et circensem" the logic of "perire et delctare".. the risc is behind the corner...forgotten and lost you might be, as soon as your magic legs cant get u anymore far away!

  • i want to train with em!

  • That's not going to be a walk in the park to follow them if I might say so ^^

seriously if like me you're not used to high temperature then you're doomed to under perform...it's just the beginning of the summer here in my place and I'm sweating my ass off!!

  • I ran with some Kenyans back in 2001 when I was in college. We did 6 X 4:10 miles. They were so relaxed they looked like they were floating around the track. It is amazing. Then we did some light light jogging to keep the muscles warm and lose. This vid brings back some of the memories I had as a runner.

  • Comment removed

  • @BTC141 means u are a sub 3:35 1500 runner!!!!!!

  • @sitapoteza Hi, the Kenyans were running 4:10 per mile with 90 second rests. I was running 4:34 - 4:45 mile with 90 second rests. I think I barely hung with them on the first mile and then I fell far behind them considerably on the last few miles. My 1500 meter time was around 4:06 which isn't that great. I was a pretty decent runner for my circle but compared to the elites I'm just another nobody in a large pack.

  • @BTC141 So if they are such blazing milers, why did the 1500 m stagnate during 1986-1995 and the best Kenyan improved by mere 1 second over this period? Why did they need EPO to get under 3:30?

  • @centrum99 Don't ask me. I wasn't running with the Kenyans at that time. Maybe the Kenyans focused primarily on the longer distances.

  • @centrum99 What is EPO? Maize and beans?

  • This video made me cry, kenya you made my day

  • Running is their job, they go to abroad to join in big race, like here in my country,Philippines, theres a group of Kenyan runner here, and they are very strong.

    Nahum

  • Before you accelerate to criticism I am very familiar with distance running and when I say that they are engineered to run distance that entails the hard work involved in order to make such an action exist. To believe that performance results without work involved is ludicrous, use your common sense when critiquing next time and dont make assumptions, you make an ass out of yourself.

  • perfect example of human evolution in the making. engineered distance runners.

  • @jfost18lsu

perfect example of what decent nutrition, proper training, and whats that? oh yeah hard work, almost forgot about that one. if youre familiar enough with distance running so as to make an informed and educated comment/opinion than what have you to say about the junxias? surely their training had nothing to do with their performance. they were just engineered distance runners right? if so then where are the others?

  • They are all skinny but they're skinny with muscles. Look at them run, they fly!

  • long distance runners look like they just got out of the hospital bed.

  • Kenyans dominate distance running. No question, Ethiopians are great too!

  • Kenyans are the best with Ethiopians!

  • 5000m ethiopia 1 title berlin 10000m 8 times marathon 1 title. with only three runners.

  • No need to talk to much.this is the reality of athletics.Men events.800m to marathon.800m kenya has 5 titles 3000m sc 8 titles 5000m 7 times 10000m 3 titles marathon 3 times.with different athletes.

  • "Welcome to Kenya, the home of hard, hard training... where dreams are made. For one that makes it...there are hundreds of others who don't. It all begins with the burning desire to be the best you can. Desire with determination, and dedication... There are no shortcuts to discovery... you must beat champions. Winning is giving your best, not a position. Yatich's journey was a long hard road to success... and the very next day... believing you make your own fortune.

  • I meant "we are ranked 12th in the world not third. also, Bekele has beaten us in the 5k (in Berlin) but you get the gist.

  • Oops!

    Centrum 99,

    I even forgot CRICKET.

Kenya is among the best cricket playing nations on earth. IN Africa, We are the third ranked nation in the world and only third in Africa after SA and Zim.

  • MEN 1) Kenya, 1:57:06* 2) Japan, 1:58:58 3) USA, 1:59:08# 4) Ethiopia, 1:59:53 5) Russia, 2:02:34 6) Morocco, 2:03:23 7) Great Britain, 2:03:57 8) Brazil, 2:04:09 *New course and pending world record (previous WR, 1:57:56, Morocco, IAAF World Road Relay, Greece, April 14, 1994) #pending U.S. record (previous record, 2:03:59, Team USA, IAAF World Road Relay, Madeira, Portugal, May 10, 1992)
  • Kenya also holds the men's Chiba Ekiden relay world record.

This according to cool running is the record.

    ....cont

  • By the way, Kenyan men hold the world records for the 4x800m and 4x1500m relays.

Now, I know, I know, I know. They are rarely run but the few times that they've been run, we've broken the world records.

  • .....CONT

    PART 4

We are the masters of the marathons. In the year 2006, the Kenyan men broke a world record. That year, 500 KENYAN MEN ran sub 2:20 a feat that no other nation has ever accomplished in the world. They may not be 500 but they posted 500 times of 2:20 or better. That is what you call dominance.

Dear world, what can we, KENYANS, do for an ENCORE?

  • @SonNative "We are the masters of the marathons. In the year 2006, the Kenyan men broke a world record. That year, 500 KENYAN MEN ran sub 2:20 a feat that no other nation has ever accomplished in the world."

Americans have run 103-times under 2:20 in 1985. Twenty years later, only 22 Americans got under this mark. This will put the current African domination in the marathon into a different light.

    PART 3

So, my friend Centrum from A to Zinc, Ha ha ha!

We have a lot in our bag of tricks.

On track, unlike our Ethiopian friends who only dominate the 10k, We dominate everything from the 800m to the 5k. We have In the last decade, we've lost the 5k to only three athletes namely, Million wolde, Kenenisa Bekele and Haile Gebrsellasie.

    PART 2

    Centrum 99,

    Just in case you are talking about non running activities, here they are;

    3. Volleyball (women's).

Kenya is among the top three best volleyball playing nations in Africa. In fact, we'ev been the best and have always beaten Nigeria, Algeria and Egypt.

    4. Rugby sevens. We are among the top teams. In 2010, we are among the 12 'core teams' that played in Las Vegas, USA.

    .....CONT

  • Hell Yes! Go Kenyans, hard training really does work!

  • PART 1

    Centrum 99,

Other than track, Kenya is good in:-

    1. Marathon

    2. Cross country (as IanEdwards19) pointed out.

    ....CONT

  • about facilities. A semi dirt sand track is optimal. Its the cattle yard conditions these athletes endure. Its the way they are made to compete to the death. ...............The best prospect could have finished last. Kenyans are the best athletes on the planet.........but they dont know athletics.

  • So much wasted talent. Its very sad really.

  • @newromantic888 sad is letting kenyans beat you.

  • I just think Kenyans could be even better with right guidance and better facilities. They are the greatest no doubt but some final adjustments to knock the North Africans and Ethiopian off thier perch would be welcome. What ever happened to the Tanzanians. One thing is for sure. Kenyans are the best 800m runners. Even if u exclude Wilson. The greatest ever.

  • @newromantic888 "Kenyans are the best 800m runners."

And during their superior rule starting in late 80's, this distance hasn't advanced at all. They were able to break 1:43 consistently only after the coming of EPO in 1995.

  • I think the massive training schedules young Kenyan athletes endure is very noble and has to be admired but it burns a lot of athletes out and results in runners performing poorly at major events.

  • There's no doubt they are thin, though the aspect ratio of the video is off and makes them look even thinner.

  • fuck holocaust!!! no way to compare! they're healthy and strong

  • este video es una inspiracion.. excelente.... desde venezuela...

  • Jeez, they are skinny...for a second I thought it was a bunch of Holocaust prisoners running.

    Seriously, this video is inspirational.

  • i wish to go to kenia school to learn a run hard and run easy,is my dream

  • of cause he is betable.

  • Am a Kenyan who recently moved to the U.S. I gave up running in Kenya and just got back in training.I have won 3 half marathons in Chicago and i beat my college mates badly. Training for a marathon in Kenya is all about building persistence. Its though damned competitive and even the best marathoners are beaten by unknown village runners. Kimbia haraka!

  • @MrMujama "even the best marathoners are beaten by unknown runners". You sure? If it's so they would be world-class elite runners, not some "unknown" villagers!

  • @Minhhale, not every one gets a chance to travel abroad because of the financial reasons.Lucky those who have sponsors.I wish we can hold some big Marathons in Kenya/East Africa and see what i mean. In the last marathoon held in 2006 at Mombasa even Kenenisa bekele [ethiopian] was beaten!

  • MrMujame,

You need to get your facts straight. Bekele has NEVER run a marathon, so he certainly did not lose one "in 2006 in Mombasa". Yes, he lost in Mombasa, but ...

    A) it was 2007, not 2006

    B) it was the world x-c championships, which is 12k, not 42k like the marathon

    C) It wasn't a kenyan who won, and...

    D) it certainly wasn't an "unknown villager" who won. It was superstar Tadesse from Eritrea who won.

Kenyan runners are amazing, but you need to fact-check before posting.

  • hi pleasure to meet a kenyan, i am a serious endurance runner, i want to be able to win some runs at top level like u! could u please give me some advice on how many miles i need to be running a week , i am running about 25 - 30 miles a week.

also how often i should be running!

how long would it take for me to get to a level like yours.

my height is 6ft i weigh is 160lb . -should i be lighter? please can u give as much information as u can. this is much appreciated my friend.

  • I'm running in high school and I'm doing 55 mile weeks. But I know pro runners go close to hundred mile weeks. I run 12 on sundays, 8 on monday, 7 to 8 mile workout on tuesday, 6 on wendesday, 7 on thursday, workout of 7-8 on friday and 7 on Saturday. If I have a race in the week I run less then 55 though. I'm 6ft 3 inches and weigh around 180, don't eat too much crap but carbs are always good. Overall I say gradually try to double your mileage and run 6-7 days a week.

  • ok thanks! for your help

i will increase my mileage slowly up to that level! .hopefully ill see myself running faster and quicker cheers! :-)

  • @MrMujama

hey iam 18 years old and i want to be marathon runner is it possible or iam to old for it?

    please help

  • @dr1gba, 18 is quite a good age to be a marathoner.World top marathoner Paul Tergat started racing when he was 26 after being enrolled in the military.

  • Again, you clearly know how to use the internet, so you might as well fact-check before posting thoughts that jump into your head. Tergat certainly "started racing" before he was age 26. He ran several top races in 1991 and 1992 when he was 22 or 23.

C'mon MrMujama, I am not Kenyan like you, so shouldn't you know this stuff at least as good as I ?

  • MrMujama - i have paid my 25$ and im seeking to be number 1 for April 3, 2010.

  • There's very few unfit people in Kenya in comparison to USA.

  • kimbia kenya!

  • folks the training you are watching is no joke. i train in kenya for 6 years. i was an average runner. i came to the states and i was a top runner in college. i was about to give up running in kenya because there alot of people who can run 24min 8k, that would make me a so so runner which i didn't like. these people are dedicated. alot of people think it is easy because you are kenyan, the fact that you are kenyan makes it more difficult because there are alot of people who are great,

  • It's not unfair mate! they train to reach that level!

  • love running , I wish that I could try some of that. Texas already has harsh climate. But, I'd like to try Kenya's climate.

  • With all that shoe-less running their calf muscles must be like rocks.
