i have had paint for almost two years,I am a local semi driver for a living and have gone to more than 7 doctors,all with different opinions,from hip snapping syndrome to tendinitis and other. I am pretty sure i have sports hernia. When i wake up in the morning i am pain free,the more i walk and more,bend etc,the more the pain starts in the groin, abductor and my hip flexors.....recently after i walk more i have pain in the pelvic area,close to the testicle. I almost lost my hope

Thank you for this video. I'm an ice hockey goaltender and I'm quite positive I have a sports hernia. It's nice to hear that It's possible to heal without surgery.
