That Mile 63.3 point is where I-285 begins and ends. While I-285 is a complete loop around Atlanta it has to have a start/end point and that is it. If you notice the last few seconds of footage "Mile 0" heading north is roughly in the same place as the location at 0:27 heading south to east.

Ah! Another great entry, Freewayjim. I love driving this area, as I drive it everyday. I love the new fifth runway tunnel the best.

Nice video - that tunnel is like a cooler version of the I-564 tunnel in Norfolk (which runs under the naval base).
