You are right, it is the name of the singer. Look at her youtube user name "Katya10" Katya is short for Ekaterina. (Catherine in English) Katusha is pet name for Katya/Ekaterina - which is obviously name she is going by. The song title is "Russian Song" You can even read this in description that it is song title and where performed. God forbid some person use their name as their name.
