Thank you for your advice much appreciated. I actually posted this question back in July and through trial and error managed to figure out how impression mats work. I still wish I hadn't bought the large mats since their use is fairly limited. I would have done better to have had the smaller ones. Never mind! they will still come in handy. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to learning many wonderful techniques, good to chat, bye now.

I have two large impressions mats from Wilton, I'd like to know how do I stop the fondant totally sticking to the mat? I find it impossible to release the fondant from the mat and feel I have wasted my money. Any advice will be gratefully recieved.

@maryfaith5...He is saying Satin Ice..it is the brand name of the fondant. :)
