That's Amazing bro!! I'm saving up and soonish I'll have a Flat Top 120 :) effin stoked!!! Lil later I'll upgrade to the 2012 trike and getter engine:) can't weight to fly everywhere and camp and do exactly what your doing! This looks like it will change my life!!! Finally something awesome safe and fun:) hahaha hell yeah!!!!! @ACRutter
I'm a huge fan of your videos,(and hope to someday be "up there". I was wondering about comfort. Does having your legs dangling in mid air cause them to get numb ? I noticed some people have foot rests which seem to flip up under the seat when not in use. Do you use something like that ?
@chipper0059 The Flat Top is the most comfortable unit I've ever flown. The bucket seat with adjustable lumbar support has allowed me to take flights of up to 7 hours without any noticible discomfort. I can't even drive in a BMW for 7 hrs straight without discomfort so the Flat Top is quite remarkable. I find a kick strap actually puts more stress on the lower back and since it also changes the weight & balance along with getting in the way on launch & landing I choose not to use one.
One of the best YouTube paramotor videos! Apart from the 'fear' in my other comment this has to be the most fuhn flying ever. I did hear of a quick release harness for working if you get into water, motor out or emergency dipping into a lake, sea. I am surrounded by water in my area so this would be nice. Anyone know where this can be picked up?
@MrUAV100 Yes it is the Flat Tops that have the quick release harness and both times I've been in the water the Flat Top was just floating right next to me where most paramotors will sink to the bottom instantly and take you with them. The Flat Top is the stuff. Give me a call anytime and I'll get you pointed in the right direction so you can do it right the first time and not waste time or money. Dell 800-707-2525
I love this sport but fly Cessna and Piper aircraft. Really want to get into this and have a friend who is a pro' insructor in the UK (15 years experience), says he will help. My biggest fear is a large wing 'collapse' as I have seen some nasty footage, and read reports, of this. I know prevention is possible but knowing the weather is never 100% guaranteed there is always a chance to get unexpected heavy downdrafts hitting your wing right out. What about a reserve chute?
@MrUAV100 The key is to make sure you get a really good glider. The K2 in this video is pretty stupid proof. Just watch the video where they try to screw it up and no matter what they do it just pops right back out. The K2 is the safest glider I know of. Then if you get a Flat Top and a reserve your odds of getting injured or killed are currently zero as nobody ever has. 15 years doesn't mean they have done it right for 15 years. If you send me a video I can check them out for you.
How far away was the Redbox and how long did it take you to get their ? freaking awesome altitude. Would love to see a video of max altitude. waiting on the money for my Flat Top and K2 (future student) lol.

hehe! nice trip! I guess next time you will fly to the grocery store! :) Btw, i finally got me a CIMA K2! :D Found a dealer i Norway! I went kiting today and it was just sooo amazing easy to handle!! Hopefully i can use it tomorrow with my engine! What raisers do you use? I found there was no button or magnet to fasten the controlhandles.. I think thats a safety to have during motor flying..
@dahlolsen Sky custom makes the setups for me that come into the USA. There are many cool features on them. You have no snaps or magnets? That is pretty goofy. We use the magnets so it is super easy to snap them back in. You are totally going to love that K2. Every flight you will learn something new about how freaking awesome it is. The thing is impossibly too good to be true until you fly it:).
